Motivations to be a Mod:
- A desire to help the room thrive.
- To ensure that rules are regulated to make the room a safe and equal place
- To help players with ideas, and ensure that everyone can feel welcomed and invited
- To work with other moderators to ensure events are made, and that the room is cared for
- To further enjoy the room I'm already enjoying, and wanting to contribute more to it.

Goals you want to come out of it:
- To help personal and group endevours be achieved
- To improve upon management skills, even in a minute manner
- To cooperate, and improve the room with other moderators to ensure the room runs smoothly
-To have fun, and enjoy the players, as well as create a positive RP space.

Connections to Current Staff/Members of the room:
Chiyuki - Friend.

Experience 1:
Mod of VGR  since the room opened. Helped to make events, moderate room in accordence with room rules, and helped to ensure a positive place to RP

Experience 2:
Mod of a recent Discord server  RP. The server serves as a hub for RPers to find RP's and interact with one another. At the moment of writing, is the right hand of the Owner, ensuring roles are made, channels are created, and rules are enforced while the Owner is away.
