- Reaper wondered the large field that held a decently sized pumpkin patch in it, he was looking for a bunch of good pumpkins so he could carve them and turn them into Jack o lanterns. The creature was also onto the look out for a large enough pumpkin to use for a costume he wanted to do, he would be going as the headless housemen which he had a fondness towards. If he could detach his head and replace it with a pumpkin, he absolutely would have already done that, though unfortunately that would probably kill him a permanent death.
- The creature continued deeper into the pumpkin patch, still seeking the perfect pumpkins for his devious plans, he definitely could use some of these pumpkins in his cooking but he wasn't too focused on that. A pumpkin pie would have been nice but he was planning on making a different kind of pumpkin later. Death wasn't too keen on pumpkins anyway, he preferred to use them for Jack o lanterns decorations and plants to be grown in his garden. Eating pumpkins wasn't something he was really into which is why he decided against the idea. He definitely could ask his husband later if he was interested in pumpkin pies but for now he had to focus on the goal that he had came here to accomplish. Death kneeled down around a small patch of pumpkins to inspect their size and quality, there were around 5 pumpkins that were all hurdled together with various sizes and shapes. The creature gently examined the specimens that were in front of him, he was checking for any cracks, holes or damage that was caused to them. He didn't really mind using a damaged pumpkin for carving but if he wanted to use one as a mask then he needed one with almost no imperfections.
- Death wasn't too happy with this patch at all, nothing about it he liked. The pumpkins were fine but kinda aging to a point where they wouldn't last much at all as Jack o lanterns if he were to carve them. He also didn't like their size, they were too small, even to his Jack o lantern size standards. This patch was no good so he simply moved past it, he wasn't going to waste much time trying to examine every small detail they had unless it was a patch or pumpkin he thought had potential.
