Background : Juyeon grew up in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods of Gangnam, and grew up around boutiques, shopping on weekends and a lot of rich kids. But, that didn’t change Juyeon’s personality in the slightest. However, most people didn’t like her because of the way she was. She was very.. out there and loud and a goofball despite her family’s wealth. So, Juyeon ended drifting from school friends and started to spend more time with herself. During her introverted period she discovered a passion for rapping, dancing and singing while watching music videos for groups like Wonder Girls, BigBang, TVXQ and more 2nd Gen groups. (Although her singing wasn’t too great, in fact, it was horrible.) Her parents didn’t let her audition until her sophomore year of high school, and only then did they let her attend Hanlim Arts School and not audition. Later in her junior year she auditioned secretly and ended up sneaking off, training under the company and attending Hanlim. Her parents eventually found out after a few days and had her return home, but allowed her to train under the company.

Personality :
	⁃	GOOFBALL; We knew this was coming. Juyeon is often in a playful mood and cracks jokes and puns not stop, and is vary great at variety because of it.
	⁃	CLUMSY; Juyeon cannot be trusted in a china shop. Her mannerisms are a bit aggressive so she ends up breaking things often, but she never means it. She laughs nervously afterwards and apologizes nonstop, and props on shows the group attends usually break. Headphones on radio shows? The band snaps within 10 minutes. Toy hammers? Either the handle falls off or one of the ends falls off.
	⁃	ANNOYING; Juyeon tries hard not to be, but she ends up being annoying. With jokes every 10 seconds and a loud voice— Non fans call her annoying and sometimes the members hold back about it.
	⁃	SMART; Believe it or not but Juyeon is actually very smart. She is a bit obnoxious, and clumsy, yes, but she’s very smart and she has the intellect and grades to prove it.
	⁃	ATTENTIVE; Juyeon is very attentive, and she gets focused on things easily. But, she gets very into things, which can result in some meme worthy screenshots.

Off stage persona : Off stage, Juyeon takes a break. She doesn’t talk much unless the members try to talk to her, because on stage she tries her best and sometimes overdoes it— so she wants to rest her voice and body. She sits and listens and doesn’t try to cause trouble with the makeup artists and hairstylists.
Variety persona : Juyeon is loud and silly on variety. She’s willing to do anything, no matter her fears or emotions, and if she’s in a bad mood she tries to let it be hidden behind jokes and her loud voice. Juyeon acts like how she is in the dorm, if you add a lot of sugar. She tries to keep it real though, but a whole hidden crazy side of her comes out on variety.

How they became a trainee : Juyeon began to watch music videos for big 2nd and 1st gen groups, slowly learning lyrics over time. She began to be confident in her ability to rap, and at one point, so much that she wanted to audition. She begged her parents and they lied, enrolling her in Hanlim Arts School and not letting her audition. However, on her own time, she auditioned and snuck out of her house to train until her parents found out. But her parents let her train in the end, despite being grounded for months.
What their trainee experience was like : Juyeon passed monthly tests and didn’t really bond with anyone besides the members of the group she’s debuting with now, and being around people that actually liked her for once brightened her days until her parents pulled her out for a few days. When Juyeon came back from her hiatus, she trained very very hard now that she had her parents approval somewhat.

Groups fandom name : Candy(Or Candi)/Candies ; Bittersweet is the flavor/concept that they’d like to show to their supportive fans. And of course, fans are supposed to be sweet, like candy. So if you put them together it’s “Bittersweet’s Candies” (and it lowkey sounds like a brand im sorryyyy)
