- - Actually fixed incap on the dedicated server.
- - Heroes spawn with no damage or radiation.
- - Heroes actually spawn with half hunger and hydration. Yay!
- - Re-enabled holstering for all units.
- - Fixed minor inconsistencies among hero unit stats.

- * Always test on the dedicated server, not in EDEN. Scripts are NOT active in the raw SQM.

- - All dead NPCs now resurrect as zombies within 30 seconds.
- - Zombies form hordes over time instead of wandering.
- - Loot values roughly doubled again for searching.
- - AI Population factor up to 3 from 2.
- - MP Persistence re-enabled for stability.
- - Incapacitation rules toned down to basic from advanced.
- - Bleed out duration down to 2 minutes from 3 minutes.
- * Mauser is broken as heck (pending disable).
- ! Possibly add small chance to encounter enemies in vehicles. (Add more triggers)
- ! Consider adding triggers to add secret stashes with unique items.
