  92. - Heroes spawn with no damage or radiation.
  93. - Heroes actually spawn with half hunger and hydration. Yay!

  119. - All dead NPCs now resurrect as zombies within 30 seconds.
  120. - Zombies form hordes over time instead of wandering.
  121. - Loot values roughly doubled again for searching.
  122. - AI Population factor up to 3 from 2.
  123. - MP Persistence re-enabled for stability.
  124. - Incapacitation rules toned down to basic from advanced.
  125. - Bleed out duration down to 2 minutes from 3 minutes.
  126. * Mauser is broken as heck (pending disable).
  127. ! Possibly add small chance to encounter enemies in vehicles. (Add more triggers)
  128. ! Consider adding triggers to add secret stashes with unique items.
