I need a super famicom and a CRT

So i realised that i was in need of a super famicom and a decent crt to run Super Mario RPG and I WANT to run it.

SO basically the idea is that i'll get one when i get the money from taxes (with the game and the crt which makes sense)

The problem is that i'm also in need of a second screen, a new graphic card, a pc controller and an SSD.

So My thoughts is that i need to cut one or 2 things because i really want to run Super Mario RPG and i'm kinda tired to let some of my plants go down just because i have absolutely no money what so ever and just doesn't seem to be able to get a job (even a shitty one).

So The idea is that i would probably need around 400$  to help me get all that new setup. I'm willing to buy the super famicom with the crt and the game (i already have the capture card so that's fine on that side ^^).

If i focus on super mario rpg  i don't really need a second screen but i really need a new Hard drive because i think it might die rather soon. I can postpone the buy of the graphic card and the second monitor but that means that i won't be able to continue Dark Souls 3 anytime soon or play the next path of exile season and probably have a hard time to stream future shovel knight stuff or any pc speedrun but still have time for that so it's somewhat fine.

So it's been a very long time but i'm asking for your help ^^.

I know i still have my oldschool games to play and i don't forget about them it's just that i have so much on my mind right now that i hardly have the time or the power to do so.

Probably going to be the last time i ask for help until next year (because i want to go to AGDQ 2018 or SGDQ 2018 or RPG Limit Break 2018 depending in which of them i get in and on what i'm willing to submit).
