While you control "Prison of Torment", this card is not destroyed as a result of battle and is unaffected by your opponent's card effects, and battle damage to your Life Points from battles with this card becomes zero. Once per turn, you can activate a Counter Trap card the same turn you set it.

  9. Can only be summoned by its own effect and cannot be summoned in other ways. When your "Avatar of Hate" is destroyed by an opponent's attack or card effect, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or deck. This card's name becomes "Avatar of Hate" while it is on the field. You can activate Counter Trap cards the same turn you set them. Once per turn, during either player's Standby Phase, select one Counter Trap card in your Graveyard and Set it to your side of the field, but banish it when it leaves the field.

  43. * Your opponent's face-up Spell and Trap cards have their effects negated and your opponent cannot activate their set Spell and Trap cards. You cannot apply this effect if your opponent successfully activated and resolved the effect of a Spell card during their previous turn.
  44. * Your opponent cannot activate the effects of cards in their hand or Graveyard. You cannot apply this effect if your opponent successfully activated and resolved the effect of a Trap card during their previous turn.
