  3. Passive: Brutus is a boastful and provocative fighter, his taunts and loud presence makes sure enemies have a higher chance of attacking him compared to his allies.
  4. Brutus will also always attempt to shock his audience, killing enemies will give Brutus a 2% damage bonus to his melee weapon and abilities that stacks up to 20% for 7 seconds.
  5. Damage boost is not affected by power strength.
  6. Duration of damage boost is not affected by power duration.
  7. The duration refreshes if an enemy is killed.

  9. 1 - Flash Javelin: Brutus launches a javelin of light in a straight line (200/300/400/500 80% puncture, 20% impact). The javelin has infinite enemy punch through, but will dissipate after 1 second. Enemies struck by the javelin are pierced and follow with the javelin, increasing it's damage output for each enemy pierced by 25%.
  10. Damage growth is not affected by power strength, but base damage is.
  11. Power range affects the speed of the javelin.
  12. Power duration affects the travel time of the javelin.
  13. Enemies are put in a ragdoll state as if hit by an arrow.

  15. 2 - Light plating: Brutus releases a bright flash, blinding nearby enemies (10/12/15/20m, 5/7/9/12 seconds) while preparing his armor, increasing his armor by 200 for each enemy blinded by the flash (10/15/20/25 second duration).
  16. Light plating can be recast to redo the armor gain and recast the flash
  17. Armor gained is not affected by power strength.
  18. Flash range is affected by power range.
  19. Blind duration is affected by power duration.

  21. 3 - Arena: Brutus creates a large zone (15 meter radius) of all out, glorious combat (15/20/25/30 second duration), causing all enemies inside the zone to attack everything indiscriminately, including their allies, as well as locking them all inside, letting enemies enter, but not leave.
  22. Enemies inside arena take radiation procs for the entire duration
  23. Range and duration affects the size and time of arena.
