- Noticing an increasing phenomenon. Skeptic fan boys parrot slogans and talking points which simply amount to "you're wrong and I don't have tonjustify that" while altrightere at least present an argument.
- "The facts aren't really on their side when you research them"
- "Triggered XD" (usually said toward people merely disagreeing)
- "Collectivism bad! Say no to identity politics" & "Two sides to the same coin"
- "It would require authoritarianism"
- "Why care about race? It's meaningless"
- Some of these are simply wrong, others usually reflect ignorance about what is at stake or a lack of self awareness. Taking the last two: white nationalism has existed in states which were the most free for their time, and in many ways have a less overbearing government than today (in no small part because whites tend toward smaller government versus non-whites, and more freedom generally). So it is ahistorical.
- Moreover, diversity requires authoritarianism and makes a blood partition more likely. American police are meaner than European police due to the increased crime from minority communities. European States are becoming comically tyrannical with their efforts to stop terrorism and stop hate speech which the diverse constituents not only want stopped but for many makes sense to stop if one doesnt want to inflame ethnoreligious divisions. And lastly, Brazilian Police are hardcore and fascistic.
- And it's rich to say people shouldn't care about race when so many of you were mad feminists were taking away your games, or are humanists but also nationalists (ie you think something between humanity and the nation is more arbitrary than nations or some abstract humanity), or outright MRAs.
- The crux of their position is the out of hand dismissal of collectivism:
- Daily reminder that you hyperindividualists have nothing but slogans about how bad collectivism is with no plan to sustainably combat it. Much less, end it. I can just as easily say individualism is an eternally losing strategy against collectivism.
