Splatoon map pick idea

First map is random map and mode
Losing team picks map and mode
30 seconds to make pick otherwise it is randomly selected

After a map is picked it can't be picked again
After a mode gets picked it can't be picked again until all other modes have been picked

Possible option to allow both teams to ban one map (possibly more as maps get added)
