>Shortly after The pony named Pinkie Pie introduced herself to you, she asked if you could wait somewhere while she got twilight to help with the final preparations for the party.
>She didn't really wait for an answer, and before you could say "alrighty-then" you found yourself alone once more.

>You decide to head over to Rarity's, seeing as the two of you get along swimmingly, you're sure she won't really mind if your wait by her place.  Maybe you can get a drink while you're there, as you feel thirsty again.
>On the way over, you get the same feeling you had on your first time in Ponyville, and decide that it would be better for everyone involved if you picked up the pace, and didn't wait to see that creepy FlutterShy again.
>You arrive at your destination, and give the door a knock or to, and call out,
Hello?  Rarity, are you in there?  Do you mind if i step inside?
>You get no response, but when you turn the door handle, you see it's unlocked.
>You let yourself inside, and listen for the telltale sound of her sewing machine to see if she's merely concentrating.
>You hear the silence
>You peek around the doorway to be sure, and yep, turns out there's nobody home.
Odd that the door was unlocked

>Odd, but seeing as this world seems pretty crime-free, it's understandable.
>You decide it might not be so wise to be loitering in an empty home, especially considering you are technically homeless.
>The thought is a bit saddening, but the sadness is dulled by the fact that most of the ponies you've gotten to meet seemed eager to get to know you, and be around you.

>You head for the door, and step out into the perfect day, only to have a soccer ball fly at your head at speeds in excess of 9000 miles per hour.

>The ball does connect with your temple however, and it was going pretty fast, so you sorta stumble and trip as a result of the impact.

>You hear three voices as you clutch your head.
>You look up and spot three fillies with worried looks on their faces.
>One fully orange pegasus filly with a purple mane, One Pristine white unicorn who reminds you of rarity, and one regular filly sporting a coat of yellow, with a red bow in her red hair.

>They approach cautiously, and help you to sit down.
>"We're really sorry that got you in the head like that." says the little pegasus.
>"Yeah, please don't tell nopony about it, it was an accident!" says the pony
>"We were only trying to get our cutie marks." adds the unicorn
It's fine, no harm done, and you didn't run away, so i believe you when you say it was an accident.  What's a cutiemark?
>"A cutie mark is a mark that symbolizes your special talent as a mature pony.  They can range from the whimsical, to the Political, and oftentimes determine what you'll do in life."
>Twilight Sparkle informs you, as she approaches your little group.

>You begin a simple, and pleasing to see dance, consisting of moving your hips, and stepping a few times with the beat of the song.
>Ponies attempt to emulate your smooth moves, and have to partner up in order to match your skills.
>Things are going good, and Pinkie comes over to you so you can teach her how to move.
>You've officially become friends, and as that song comes to a close, you begin another, faster paced one.

>Pinkie switches out with AppleJack for this song, and she's surprisingly good a partner for this song, Rainbow dash and pinkie are dancing together, and The CMCs are all dancing together.
>Twi has decided however that she'd rathe sit against the buildings than dance.

>You Excuse yourself halfway through the hum, and make your way over to Twilight

>Rarity finds her way to you before you make it, and for the second half of the song, she is your partner.  She's a pretty good dancer too,
>The song comes to a close, and you decide on the final song you'll hum for your friends and fellow villagers

>As you begin the song, ponies pair up, and get close, it's clear to all that this is a song meant for lovers, and people looking for love.
>You reach out to twi, and ask in that charismatic way

>She accepts, and you hear a few of your friends whistling, and congratulating Twilight
>You hold her close, and help her through the dancing.  She hums alongside you much quieter, humming for you and only you.
>She has tears in her eyes, and about three quarters through the song, you stop dancing, and just hold her.
>You whisper into her ear
Thank you for everything Twilight, I couldn't ask for a better friend.
>The tears are flowing freely after this, and to your surprise she pulls you close, and gives you a peck on the lips.
>The song ends, and she tells you she's heading back to the library, and that you're free to come and stay over until you have a place of your own.

>Pinkie's party music comes back up, and the dancing gets more active, and less intimate.

>By hours end, you're doing the conga with all your new friends, and before you know it the day has gone by, and it's the evening.  You marvel at how long the party's been going out, and say goodbye to Pinkie and Dash, Aj and Rarity having left earlier.

>You look around, for the source of the voice, but find yourself alone.  It felt familiar though.

>It's getting dark out, you've been dancing and partying for the past couple hours, and all this after getting piss drunk the day before, You're body's had it tough, and decides it's time to tuck in for the day.  You head upstairs, and find twilight in the middle of a letter, presumably to the Princess
>You wait for her to finish up, and as she deposits the scroll into a basket at the side of her bed, she notices you waiting.
>She blushes at the sight of you, and you inform her of your plans to turn in for the day.  She leads you to a small guest room, and you say your goodnights.

>Anon danced with you today
>You, He chose you, and he held you close
>It made you as happy as you've ever been.
>And he didn't spit or turn away in disgust when you kissed him

>Perhaps it's not just a filly's crush
>Maybe it's something more
>Perhaps you should ask the Princess
>But what was happening when you peered int the room that time yesterday?
>Why did she hurt this amazing Creature so?

>It had to be for a good reason right?
>Perhaps you should pay another visit to the castle soon.
>But first things first, how are you going to ask?
>You've got to be very careful, else this whole situation falls apart around you as a result of your actions.
