Let me start by clarifying my opinion on the ban, I believe a ban is justified or some sort of extended punishment and I even admitted this to A100 in the sit, and I believe a weeks punishment for this small discretion is un-needed and over the top.
Story - I was walking back from the coast doing my regular patrol of the canals/coast, At the time I was also using that opportunity to gather rebel cache crates that had been laying around from previous people and during this time I found a lone overwatch soldier that I had a perfect sniping position for, I decided to take fire on it after around 5-10 minutes of firing upon the unit and nearly killing it I thought OOC'ly Becuase they are NPC's do they still drop AR2s and my immediate thought was that it could have been abused. So then in their defense, I used a prop to abuse to get closer to the unit as I was getting tired of doing it for roughly 5-10 minutes Which then a100 stepped in and intervened. During the sit I apologized to  him and said I understand if I get banned. He said you will be banned but you will be punished and Pico proceeded to enter the server and remove an SMG from my character. I said that's fair may I continue what I was doing. He said no bug testing, So I laid prone with my pistol and proceeded to snipe the Overwatch and was going to leave after I had killed it. Then in the following few seconds, I was banned by Picodreng for 1 week for the reasons shown in the screenshot above. I agree with banning me for prop abuse and possibly bug testing but I would not see that as a bannable offense. However, Ignoring an admin sit and OOC behavior is completely unjustified as I listened to A100 and took in the information he told me and acted upon it. Then I do not see how I showed any sign of OOC behavior in this situation as the OOC factor was only the second factor the main reason was due to the IC reason. Confused over the ban I then took to discord private messaging a100 asking what happened and asking why he banned me than finding out the ban was from Picodreng and he told me to speak to Pico myself which I then decided to do to no avail (http://prntscr.com/jy5wbt)(READ SCREENSHOT FOR CONTEXT) Even though the day or so before he told me to not use steam for CC matters use discord then blocked me. I don't expect to be unbanned of this appeal or for action against any admins involved. I just wish for the ban to be lowered to a reasonable time for the offenses commitied.
