You can also use ; to separate multiple rolls under one command as well as x to make it roll the same thing multiple times.
Ie: /roll 2d10x2;1d4 would result in something like the following: [5+8,6+2][2]
/roll 4d6h3 = roll four die six and keep the highest three
and
/roll 4d6l3 = roll four die six and keep the lowest three
