Daprinceomar is innocent

Hi. I am appealing this report on behalf of Daprinceomar. This should not be considered HC for many reasons. When you look at the actual context of the situation, Daprinceomar clearly wasn't making any transphobic comments. Even in the context of Rotary's comments, Daprinceomar said nothing wrong. RotaryEvaporator was making a transphobic joke, no one is disputing that, and it appears that it reminded Daprinceomar of a show he watched when he was a kid.

"Transformers: Beast Wars hands down one of my fav shows during my childhood!!"

Beast Wars: Transformers was a show that aired from 1996-1999, which lines up with Daprinceomar's years of youth.

I didn't even know what this show was until I looked it up. It's a legitimate show. Who would read that comment above and think that it is purposely condescending against trans-people  when clearly daprinceomar had no ill intent? He has no history of being transphobic. I checked the last two years of reports, and he only has a couple of HC reports, all between him and betmen, when they clearly both have beef with eachother.

Daprinceomar is clearly not a transphobe. I think he has the most friends out of anyone in EpicMafia, sitting at 3124 as of today. Additionally, sorry to get political, but Daprinceomar is not right-wing. He is a hardcore democrat/liberal. He is also from California (Hollywood). Have you looked at his twitter? His instagram? Even in his Twitter bio, he states he is pro-bernie, who himself is a champion of LGBTQ+ rights, as stated by many members of the left. https://berniesanders.com/issues/lgbtq-equality/

Have any of you even played with Daprinceomar? He is not a bad guy. He doesn't talk badly to people. He has 2 HC reports in the last 2 years, both from the same person. Making the precedent that you can report anyone for saying anything you don't like is dangerous, as it would allow moderators to pick and choose what they deem "hateful." Sorry, but Daprinceomar is NOT a transphobe, there is NO evidence that show that daprinceomar's comment was transphobic in nature, and this message being posted any other time in the last 6 months would be brushed off. It is unfortunate that he thought it would be appropriate to post, but in the current environment, anyone and everyone will get offended by one thing or another. The only difference is that a guy who has been with him, the reporter, MIKEISTKRIEG, clearly has a grudge against Daprinceomar. MIKE has been reported and noted in the past (https://epicmafia.com/report/280600) for harassing other people (NYT), where he even says things like "10:05 until...[NYT's] banned I want him to have a bad time..."

So once again, how is this a HC vio when daprinceomar did not say ANYTHING that a REASONABLE person would find remotely offensive, even when taken in context? There is not even a smudge of hate speech towards trans people in his comment alone.

and that it was blatantly obvious that I was trying to start a conversation on something else. I tried to message marry to explain, and got got blocked. Marry finished by saying that: "Rotary's post was based on transphobia, so you continuing to talk about transformers, whether intentional or not, was continuing the transphobia on the lobby wall." I'm being labled as an ableist, sexist, in support of sexual abuse, and now a transphobe. It's beyond ridiculous that there is a small group of people trying so hard to label me as something I am not.
