Some of you have noticed a lot of drama/changes going on in the faction. Im going to update you guys on everything thats happened, where we are and where we are heading. You guys may already know, weve just had a huge shock in our faction. It turns out GamerGal has scammed our leader, out of a 4200 PI, FHG block and several hundred million. It sounds hard to believe for those that know Gamer; even I had trouble digesting this information when I first found out. However, she has now blocked our leader, and is also ignoring my chats, as well as several other members chats. Gamer will not be returning to the faction, and has left us in a very sticky situation indeed. Our leader is still deciding whether to sell the faction to recoup some cash, or hold onto it and find another way of making that money back. Thats the update regarding GamerGal.

With regards to your beloved specials, they have been sorted! We now have max travel items, as high steadfast we can get (6% in STR&DEF, 7% in SPE/DEX), 20% less drug addiction gain, and 6% less negative effects from drug addiction. This strikes a fine balance between most peoples wishes. I know some are craving booster cooldown, so every few weeks we shall alternate into a set up including that, in order to get those lovely power trains in.

We will also begin to war to gain some more rep, and partially because its a lot more fun than flying and training all day. During the war periods, flying will have to cease for a few days at a time for almost everyone. I will announce when this is to be done however.  Additionally, the faction will be undergoing an aesthetic change, with a new name and description, as well as much higher requirements for people to join us.

Now I want to tell you what I expect from you all. This is the part where you decide whether youd like to be here or not. You guys have noticed Ive kicked a few people, but not everyone who doesnt fit our new requirements, because Im willing to work with you if will work with me. Firstly, Tornstats. This is the final time its going to be mentioned here because leadership is tired of mentioning it and you guys are tired of hearing it. But it has to be done. This helps leadership immensely and has a host of benefits that help you too. Believe me, the last thing I want to do is click some dodgy link with no idea of what it does, but once I did it, it really helped my gameplay out. My company is running far better with it than without, as well as my trading life.  If you are extremely against signing up to it, please mail me back why and we can work something out, otherwise it is highly likely youll be getting kicked. Secondly, probably about 60% of you have never spoken to me or your leader, which is silly considering the role we play in your gameplay. Id like every single one of you to mail me back and answer the following questions. Whats your name and where are you from? How often do you play, and how long do you play for? What are your goals in this game? (Nothing vague like I want to level up and be strong, I want a serious, specific goal.) What would you like to see happen in this faction? If you are not a donator/not taking at least one Xanax a day, why not? What are you going to do about it? Id also very much like to know about all the company directors we have in our faction, and Ill make sure to advertise all the companies we have on our faction page for all to see. I want to get to know you all, and if it means having 70 simultaneous conversations, so be it! If you cant reply to a mail from your co, I think it says a lot about what kind of player you are, and how long youll be staying in this faction.

Lastly, you guys have probably read the word kick a thousand times in this message. Call me harsh, but weve had a huge lack of activity from most of our members, and weve also had a bunch of shitty people recently come into the faction and put us in the position we are in. I aim to change all of this, and the only way to do it is by kicking you all up the backside. Those of you who know me know Im very fair (or so Id hope!)  and am all about this faction, as Id like to see it grow. So, my rules stay, for the good of this faction. If youre not happy with anything Ive said, either put it in your reply to this message, or just leave. Either way, youre not the kind of player were looking for.
