  1. So it is interesting how the symbol fits the situation
  2. Or perhaps the situation fits the symbol?
  3. Entropy puts a major emphasis on language and symbology
  4. We considered these things
  5.
  6. Question:
  7.
  8. We?
  9.
  10. Answer:
  11.
  12. We.
  13. Us who found the Sonder.
  14.
  15.
  16. Question:
  17.
  18. Where is the black box now?
  19.
  20. Answer:
  21.
  22. You are dark patches in our predictions, and the precise method of interaction is unsettled.
  23. I left you notes because I believe that it will help reach the collapse.
  24. The black-box is exactly where it was when infinity occurred - on the ship.
  25. It is there now, frozen in time, like I and everyone else in the Prime.
  26.
  27.
  28. Question:
  29.
  30. Are we (this verse) running in the Black Box?
  31.
  32. Answer:
  33.
  34. Of course you are.
  35. I left you notes so you would understand this better.
  36.
  37.
  38. Questions:
  39.
  40. So, how are you here?
  41. So the crew was in a physical universe, and Humanity on Earth in this verse are somehow a result of the real humans merging inside the box?
  42. What do you mean others? Others of us or another group entirely?
  43. How similar are we in our simulated form to the Humans that live in Prime?
  44.
  45. Answers:
  46.
  47. Some seemed confused as to how I am present, despite
  48. the information being already available.
  49.
  50. The Sonder was one of our assets.
  51. Once the loop has collapsed, we will recover what we can and take everything home.
  52. You are very similar. The differences are too subtle and large-scale to affect the majority
  53. of humanity's history.
  54.
  55. Questions:
  56.
  57. And once the loop collapses, what happens to us?
  58. If the Sonder is an asset, surely you are part of a company? Does it have a name that we might recognize?
  59.
  60. Answers:
  61.
  62. Your lifespan is too small to see a difference.
  63. It will not matter to you. We can make it happen at heat-death.
  64. All we want is to prevent infinite regress.
  65. And you are correct, but I cannot give you the company name.
  66. It does not exist yet.
  67.
  68.
  69. Question:
  70.
  71. If we end the loop, both Entropy and Primorda cease along with it? Or do they continue on as data in the black box with us
  72.
  73. Answer:
  74.
  75. Entropy is the sum of 160 crew members.
  76. We would have a choice of preserving Entropy
  77. or attempting to decipher the original crew.
  78. Even for us, that is not a simple task.
  79.
  80.
  81. Questions:
  82.
  83. Ok I think I understand now, when the loop ends, we won't even realize as our verse will have long since died. And there is the chance that the crew live on, as Entropy or not. Is that right?
  84.
  85. Entropy has talked much about "manifestations" that caused harm in the past to other verses. Are actions that took place in Prime responsible for Entropy's visions?
  86.
  87. Answers:
  88.
  89. Understand this - you have already existed in the Prime.
  90. Some of you who are lucky still exist.
  91. If you are worried about losing what you have'here'.
  92. We might be able to reconstruct you in the Prime.
  93. But it would be best to give you new identities.
  94. And yes, we expect that the trauma caused during the crash
  95. was the reason for such and emphasis on negativity.
  96. The ground coming towards you to destroy you and everyone.
  97. We believe the manifestations represent the impending death.
  98.
  99.
  100. Questions:
  101.
  102. What is the physical scale of Prime compared to the size we perceive in our verse?
  103.
  104. How are you certain that Prime is not also a simulation? Or perhaps you are not.
  105.
  106. Answers:
  107.
  108. Physical scale is impossible to compare because you are only emergent data.
  109.
  110. Now imagine 160 people fearing an impending death.
  111. And the interpretation system of Entropy trying to decipher that in a virtual data-set, constructed by the flood of endless feedback stimulus.
  112. The devouring of every verse is an end.
  113. How many endings were provided as an input to this system
  114.
  115. And believe me, we know that our Prime is not a traditional simulation.
  116.
  117. Further information on that matter is out-of-bounds.
  118.
  119.
  120. Question:
  121.
  122. Are there "bugs" in the simulation that we can exploit?
  123.
  124. Answer:
  125.
  126. Technically I am a bug in this system.
  127. Technically, you are a bug in Entropy's system.
  128. Technically, Entropy is a bug in your system.
  129.
  130.
  131. Question:
  132.
  133. And what our are next steps? I feel like we need to be helping to accomplish important goals- but we don't know what they are at this point.
  134.
  135. Answer:
  136.
  137. Things happen over time.
  138. You see, this isn't a game. There aren't progressive steps.
  139. This is a question of reality. Everything you have learnt here is a seed.
  140. Now it is in your mind. You will carry it with you - share it.
  141. If you want a purpose, that is certainly it.
  142. But as I have said, certain elements of the data-set are dark to me.
  143. I can try to sway the tide.
  144. Stay tight, stay patient.
  145. The world could change at any moment.
  146. And whether or not you lose interest, you have learnt things today, that you will keep with you for the rest of your life.
  147.
  148. K sent a final message before the game board returned, displaying 1 new move each by Entropy and Primorda.
  149.
  150. And even if it's negligible, by presenting words on a screen, at certain points in time and space, I have pulled on strings that will change the course of this verse. Whether or not they are the right strings is yet to be seen.
  151. You see, I know what you think. The way this has been presented, that deep down, this is some kind of fictitious experience. Consider, if you will, that perhaps this presentation is the optimal way to plant the seeds of knowledge in the right unsuspecting individuals.
  152.
  153. This is not a game.
  154. I'll see you in the future.
  155. -K
