googltrans does not fully translate all the html tags, whose content is writtent in English. So, as to fully translate all the html tags (you already work with), the py code must find only those tags that are writtent in English. Because all sentences must have at least 2 or 3 usually words.

So, the py code must find those usually english words from the tag, at least 3 words, and if it finds 3 english words in the same tag, to translate it (only that tag !)
