Hey Alex, in the current spot we're in the adult competition is getting really tight so just in case we wanted to ask you (and a few other contenders) if you'd be willing to let Timaeus be a Student instead? We'd give you ample time to rework (likely 72h max again like the last extension DL) and we're mainly bringing this up since something we all agreed on was that not much happens to Timaeus post-HPA that justifies him taking up an adult spot (beyond the role and his older appearance/effect/worn demeanor) that can't be worked around by turning him into a Student (at least, in our opinion/feedback-wise). Don't think we're urging you or anything, we just wanted to know your thoughts so we can keep it in consideration once we decide on the final lineup. This is all your choice but we figured we'd bring it up just in case. Thank you :purple_heart:

I’d much, much prefer to make him an adult, but if necessary I can make him a student. It wouldn’t be terribly hard. Could I assume he’s a third year student / senior or?

It’s not that a lot didn’t happen to him after graduation, but it leads to a lot of his physique (which I could honestly bullshit) and hardened mentality. I could fill the app up with pages of war tragedies and experience but that, to me at least, seemed like it would be too much fluff for things that we all know happens

Other than that he’d be set, other than a few minimal changes to personality and psyche
I’d probably add that during his 3 years in HPA he’d attempt to help out a bit in the tougher Japanese slums to make up for things

Oh, i'm not apprehensive about it! I really am willing to change and adapt where necessary, it would just require changing a lot of the pivotal events in his life, which might make him out into quite the different character in the end. Really, i should just sum it up as, im willing to adapt. When I say 'iffy', I meant more so that it would be weird to shift him over, but I'm confident that I can do it if that would be preferred

It's nice that you're being willing and hearing us out but in the end what matters is your opinion and your choice - we just want to make sure you're comfortable with the final character in the RP should he make the cut. I'd say we give you the option and a while to feel out where you stand and eventually edit as much as you'd like (though I can't say for sure how much time you have there because we don't want to keep people waiting forever and while I am not dropping due dates I will say we're closing things out more or less). Just keep us updated and stay transparent?

72h was my suggestion considering that was what we maximum gave out for extensions, I can't say for sure how much longer we'll work on things (and even then we can probably pad out a little bit of time with other stuff like pixels and shit)
