  18. We are currently in a transition for the VM beta service and are moving the infrastructure that supports the Bluemix VM service to a difference cloud based in SoftLayer. For that reason we are not permitting new clients in to the beta, as those clients would then need to re-create their VMs in a new environment in a week or two. Thus the user experience for those new users would not be a good one and we feel it is better to delay the VM beta for them a bit and get them on the strategic cloud.

  20. If this is urgent we can approve you with the understanding that in a few days you will need to re-create your VMs in the new cloud. So you have two choices:
  21. • Get approved for the current cloud and migrate your VMs in the next couple of days.
  22. • Wait for a week and start on the cloud that we plan to use when the VM service Goes Live
