ROCKET HIDEOUT
- Enter Team Rocket Hideout, mash through cutscene

- Activate switch on computer then head downstairs and talk to Lance
- Grunt #3: Swift Venonat x2

- Take the stairs down, ignore the second staircase, head to door, mash through cutscenes

- Take the stairs that lead back to the Lance heal, pick up Full Heal in the way
- Open the door and mash through cutscene

- Knock out the three Electrodes HP x3
- Mash through Lance cutscene, then Escape Rope
