Make a new file in your www folder called super-panel.js
paste this code into the file and save it.

in your config.yaml file add the following
panel_custom:
  - name: super-panel
    sidebar_title: Supervisor Panel
    sidebar_icon: mdi:home-assistant
    url_path: super-panel
    module_url: /local/super-panel.js
    require_admin: true

Save it.  Check the configuration to make sure you didnt mess anything up in the developer tools panel and restart HA.  Enjoy
