TYPE-MOON: TIMELINE OF STORYLINES OF HIS WORKS PART 1

Mahou Tsukai no Yoru (A Magician’s Night/Witch on the Holy Night) Timeline

As this story takes place at the end of the Showa period in Japan, in the late 1980s in Misaki Town, a city located within the Kanto region near Tokyo. Aoko Aozkai, who is the main character of this visual novel and in that time were a 17-year-old teenager (she was born on July 7, 1971 probably), then the time period in which this story happens must have passed in the month of December 1988 before the official end of the Showa period to be announced throughout Japan in the month of January 1989.

This is because the setting of this visual novel in which these events happened is based on the season of the year in which this plot happened. Obviously this story happened at the end of the autumn period and was probably entering the winter period or even being in the winter itself after the Christmas holidays and finally entering the turning for the new year of 1989 as it left the year 1988. In addition to the plus, Aoko was still studying in this time period at Private Misaki High School when the events of Mahou Tsukai in Yoru ended up happening.

Fate/Zero Timeline

This one is divided into several parts and we need to check each one to understand everything. We used information from Character Materials, light novel, ufotable anime and Fate/stay night visual novel to find out each accurate information and get an accurate idea of what days, months and years each event happened:

Interlude: Sometime, somewhere

As this event details how the life of Kiritsugu Emiya was as a child until the final moments in which he leaves the adolescence tragically for having to kill his foster mother to save people on the last day he was 17 years old and would become an adult by completing those same 17 years of life and would get into his 18's the next day, becoming the feared Magus Killer from this precise point.

At the beginning of the Interlude, according to information found in Light Novel, Kiritsugu had precisely ten years of life in which he was living with his father Norikata Emiya and his old childhood friend Shirley was 4 years older than him. Knowing that the Magus Killer died after living 34 years of life in the year 1999 at the end of Fate/Zero and he was born precisely on November 11, as it was said that in his childhood he was ten years old, this means that the year that these events in which Kiritsugu was living with his father on Alimango Island occurred in the year 1975. Kiritsugu born in 1965.

After the incident that caused the death of everyone on the island and Kiritsugu came to live with Natalia Kaminski, a magus freelancer and part-time Enforcer who was involved in the incident to some extent to hunt Norikata who was secretly conducting experiments on vampires, in the last scene of the interlude in which Kiritsugu was forced to destroy the plane in which his adoptive mother was present on board to avoid that the Ghouls generated by dead Dead Apostle arrived arriving in mainland and to infect more people, it was said at the end of the interlude that this was the last day of Kiritsugu's youth and that meant the day he would complete his 17 years of life and begin to live his eighteenth year of his life from this moment. As such, it can be understood then that the day this event happened was on November 10, 1982, the day Kiritsugu Emiya became the feared Magus Killer. So, from the day he left the Alimango Island to live with Natalia, Kiritsugu must have been under her care for 7 or almost 8 years.

Another important detail to speak of was the launch of a Fate/Zero light novel called “Fate/Zero: Heart of Freaks”, detailing the adventures of Kiritsugu and Natalia in North America to hunt down and exterminate a heretic magus who was involved with a Magecraft to revive the dead. As possibly one of the last misssions in which Kiritsugu and Natalia were together before the accident that separated them and shaped Kiritsugu to become the Magus Killer, I believe that this event occurred in the year 1982, a few months before Kiritsugu entered their 18 years of life.

Some months after Natalia's death, Kiritsugu began his career as a Magus Killer and attempted to become a Hero of Justice. It was precisely in the year 1983 in his first adventures acting alone that he found and took care of Misau Maiya, and train it to be his assistant ever since.

Around the year 1985, two years after Kiritsugu had met Maiya that the Magus Killer was want by the Einzbern family to serve as his representative for the 4th Holy Grail War and where he meets Irisviel von Einzbern, as explained in the Drama CD related to this particular event.

This year of 1985 is also the turning point in the life of Kiritsugu, where in case the Einzbern would never have sought him to become his representative, eventually Kiritsugu would eventually become a cold machine human because he had never met Irisviel and would have sold his soul to Alaya so that in the future after his death he would become the Counter Guardian EMIYA (Assassin). It is quite possible that in the timeline and in the alternate world where the events of Fate/Apocrypha occurred, there would be a possibility that Kiritsugu of this world also would have made a contract with Alaya since Greater Grail was stolen at the end of the 3rd Holy Grail War and the Einzbern never create Irisviel in first place.

Prologue: Eight years before

Due to be spent in the castle where the whole Einzbern family live which is located in Germany and Illyasviel von Einzbern was born a few days when it is shown the scene in which Kiritsugu and Irisviel talking between them and Irisviel having the baby Illya in his arms before of the 4th Holy Grail War takes place in the year 1994, so this period of time in which these events happened must have happened probably in near end of November 1986, since Illyasviel was born around the 20 of November of that same year quoted (In the universe of Fate/kaleid linear PRISMA ILLYA, Illyasviel was born on July 10, 1994 and it was due that she was born about eight years later than in the original world of Fate/Zero).

Prologue: Three years before

In this one is the scene where Tokiomi Tohsaka, Risei Kotomine and Kirei Kotomine are talking about Command Seals appearing in the future false priest and about their future cooperation with Toshaka when the 4th Holy Grail War begins in Fuyuki. As five years have passed since the birth of Illyasviel, the year these events took place in southern Turin, Italy, obviously happened in 1991, possibly in September.

Prologue: A Year Before

This is the scene where Kariya Matou meets up with Aoi Tohsaka and learns of the fate that Sakura Tohsaka (now Sakura Matou) was passing into the hands of Zouken Matou due to Tokiomi's actions in handing over the custody of her second daughter to the old worm magus. So, the year that these events happened was precisely in the year 1993 and as the beginning of this story takes place on a Japanese holiday afternoon and it is mentioned that it was in the beginning of autumn, the month in which this occurred was the month of September.

Main Event: Fuyuki's 4th Holy Grail War

This is where all the major events of Fate/Zero happen that is about the 4th Holy Grail War that begins in the Clock Tower with Waver Velvet arguing with his former teacher Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald until the moment Kiritsugu Emiya find the young boy who had been known as Shirou Emiya after the terrible outcome of this same war. All these events happened in a period of 11 days, 3 hours, 42 minutes and 56 seconds, which meant that more than 11 days occurred.

So I venture to say that the 4th Holy Grail War began in the period when September was at the end and ended after the first nine days of October 1994 and was entering the 10th of that month, and I say that because in one of the scenes of the anime, precisely the one where Waver and Rider talk on the Fuyuki bridge with the books that Rider stole, there was a catalog that was written in the year 1995, knowing a lot that around the months of September on, a calendar for the next year are usually done in anticipation for next year.

And another important detail is that during the scene in which Waver next to the elderly couple of the Mackenzie family were watching the television in a live news on the disaster that the end of the 4th Holy Grail War ended up causing, in the corner of this same television was marked a “10/10”, which meant precisely to me the day and the month when this report was being made live at that time. Thus, with the above-mentioned information, the days on which the 4th Holy Grail War came about were precisely on September 28 (the Waver scene arguing with Kayneth) until the early hours of October 10, 1994 (the exact moment where Kiritsugu found Shirou in the wreckage). Another detail worth mentioning is that during this period of time the autumn season was occurring, which explains perfectly why Irisviel was wearing cool clothes as her casual clothes when she was walking through Fuyuki city.

With that in mind, the 4th Holy Grail War was actually started when all seven pairs of Masters and Servants were present in Fuyuki, with the first official fight being between Saber and Lancer (the first fight against Assassin and Archer does not count for being a trap of Tokiomi) and based on this, the 4th Holy Grail War until its final lasted about 5 days, 10 hours, 15 minutes and 41 minutes. It started with the fight between Saber and Lancer and ended when Kiritsugu found little Shirou around 6 in the morning, 8 minutes and 25 seconds.

With that in mind and remembering well that October 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the world loop of Fate/hollow ataraxia created by Avenger in the mind of Bazett Fraga McRemitz should be precisely the days when Avenger fought in the 3rd Holy Grail War, I believe that October was precisely the month in which Fuyuki's all Holy Grail Wars already made from 1st to 4th were held and fought, with the exception of the 5th Holy Grail War that had taken place in February 2004.

Epilogue: A day after

Like the scene in which Waver ends up watching television together with the Mackenzie about the disaster caused by the end of the 4th Holy Gril War early in the morning, then this part here happens precisely in the morning of October 10, 1994 after the end that dawn when that same war ended.

Epilogue: Six months later

Here in this scene happens precisely when Tokiomi is buried and through Kirei, Rin assumes the position of leader of the clan of Tohsaka since Aoi was invalid and will die within a few years by brain death. How does this scene take place during the Japanese winter season according to Fate/stay night Realta Nua when Shirou ends up seeing some of Rin's memories during the transfer of Mystic Code so he can use his Reality Marble against Gilgamesh on final of the Unlimited Blade Works route, it can be said that this scene occurs around the month of March of 1995, being occurred in the day 11 before entering the Japanese spring of that same year.

It is also in this scene here that Shirou was already adopted by Kiritsugu and the Magus Killer tried to fetch Illyasviel from the clutches of the Einzbern, but due to the curse of All World's Evils that was slowly killing him and Old Acht never let Kiritsugu return to the Einzbern family to explain the which actually occurred at the end of the 4th Holy Grail War because Kiritsugu had to temporarily the Grail, he eventually failed and returned to Fuyuki to live the rest of his days he still had with Shirou, Taiga and his new friends of Fuyuki.

Epilogue: Five years later

According to information given in the light novel storyline in relation to the last scene of epilogue of Fate/Zero, the final scene where Kiritsugu and Shirou are put together for the last time because Kiritsugu succumbs to the curse of All World's Evils that are found within the Greater Grail of Fuyuki and they go see a night of full light in which they were seeing together, it is said that this particular scene is happening precisely at the beginning of the Japanese winter season. From this precise point, five years, two months and a few days had already elapsed since Fuyuki's 4th Holy Grail War ended.

Based on this information, the precise day Kiritsugu died and finalized the story of Fate/Zero was precisely on December 22, 1999, on a full moon night and being in the winter, before we entered Christmas Eve at that time same year. Kiritsugu died at age 34, having completed 33 years of life in the month of November this year and was beginning to live his 34 years. Based on this, by the time Kiritsugu had fought in the 4th Holy Grail War, he was at the time 28 years old and his enemy Kirei Kotomine had at the time 26 years of age, due to the villain of the Fate franchise being born on the 28th of December 1967.

It is also on this same day, month and year that little Shirou was living his 12 years of life and according to the words spoken by Shirou himself in Fate/stay night, he was reborn as 'Shirou Emiya' the day he went found and rescued by Kiritsugu, his adoptive father and thus, the day Shirou makes his birthday is exactly the day he was rescued by Kiritsugu which is October 10. When Shirou was rescued by Kiritsugu following his estimates, Shirou was at that time in the age range of 6 years and would have been completed on 10 October, with him beginning to live his 7 years now reborn as an Emiya. Because of this, when Shirou eventually entered the 5th Holy Grail War that occurred in late January and lasted through the first half of February 2004, he was living his 16 years of age.

It was also in the year 1999 that Tsukihime's main events took place and during this time period, Nrvnqsr Chaos and Michael Roa Valdamjong were already killed by Shiki Tohno who was 18 years at the time and Tsukihime's main events had already ended at the beginning of December, and during this time period precisely after Kiritsugu's death, the events of Tsukhime: Alliance of Illusionary Eyes ended up happening after Christmas that same year. It was also in this same year in other parallel worlds that the events of Fate/Prototype ended up happening in February of this year and also the main events of Kara in the Kyoukai finished with the scene "Epilogue: Kara no Kyoukai" that happened in the month of March of 1999.

Tsukihime Timeline

Prologue

As it was shown in the visual novel itself, the story begins with little Shiki Nanaya, now Shiki Tohno, waking up from his coma in the hospital and commenting that he was feeling the dry winds on the day, indicating that it was ending of the Japanese summer season and when he ran away from the hospital, he eventually met the Aoko Aozaki grass field, teaching him about the value of life and the problem in his eyes, the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.

After spending two whole weeks inside the hospital and with no one believing him that he was seeing lines and points all the time, he ran away from the hospital and ended up meeting Aoko Aozaki on a vast field of lawns and talked to her for seven days until they said goodbye, having spoken and taught for her in these seven days and she promised that in ten years Shiki would be a good man (but said nothing about seeing each other again). After that, he went to live with the Arima, with him commenting at the end of the prologue that this was the end of his ninth summer and was now entering a new fall.

Based on this information and how Shiki Nanaya/Tohno was born on October 15, as in the main events of Tsukihime begin on October 21, 1999 and Shiki had completed at the time 17 years of age and was beginning to live his 18 years, the prologue events of Tsukihime passed in the month of September 1991 and he had finished living the new summer of his life as a human and as a person before entering his tenth autumn of his existence, which meant that Shiki at that time was 9 years old and was about to live his tenth year of life. With that in mind, the exact year Shiki Nanaya/Tohno was born was in the year 1982.

Here it is worth mentioning the past of other characters and in what times they lived to better understand the timeline of Tsukhime's prologue.

Arcueid Brunestuid was born (or created out of nothing by Gaia) by the remaining True Ancestors who were still alive in the world at that time around the 12th century AD and according to Arcueid herself, during the time she appeared in Tsukhime, she already had lived and existed for about 800 years and came to the world on December 25 as she claims to have been born on this day and is revealed to be just a coincidence and was a self-appointed date on which was chosen for Arcueid to come to the world. Based on this, I believe Arcueid may have been born around the end of the 1190s.

Already in the case of Ciel, who at the time was known as Elesia, due to the date, month and year she was born in France on May 3, 1976 and she became the 17th reincarnation of Roa when the soul of the Dead Apostle Ancestor awoke inside her after completing her 16 years of life and entered her seventeen years, which ended up in a major massacre that was only stopped when Arcueid killed her a month after. I believe the month and year Roa full controlled the body of Elesia and was killed by Arcueid occurred in the year 1992, during the month of June or July. After Roa/Elesia took control of Elesia's hometown and she was killed by Arcueid this time, the dead body of Elesia was taken by the Church to the Vatican and after three years, in 1995, Elesia revived with her original personality, eventually becoming the Ciel we know.

An important detail is that at the precise moment that Elesia was killed by Arcueid, Roa's soul had left her and fixed on the body of SHIKI Tohno, the true brother of Akiha Tohno and adopter brother of Shiki Nanaya, and I believe that this precise moment in which this occurred ended up causing in SHIKI suffer their first "Inverse Impluse" of their blood as Tohno. Regarding the scene where SHIKI attacks Akiha and Shiki Nanaya gets in the way to protect Akiha, I believe this happened in the month of July, since Shiki mentions that this happened on a hot summer day.

Main Event: The Mysterious Case of Vampire Serial Killer

These events here describe the main events in the story of Tsukihime, where Shiki Tohno returns to live with the Tohno after living with the Arima for eight years and by encountering his Arcueid, Ciel and the secrets of the Tohno family, he becomes involved with the supernatural and the vampire attacks inflicted by the Dead Apostle Ancestor Michael Roa Valdamjong in Misaki Town. The day this all begins is on October 21, 1999, on a Thursday, and depending on the choices made by Shiki, it becomes the loving interest of the five heroes of the story that is divided into five routes and categorized into two distinct paths that are the Near Side of the Moon route (the routes of Arcueid Brunestud and Ciel in relation to the Roa and the Dead Apostles) and the Far Side of the Moon route (the routes of Akiha Tohno, Hisui and Kohaku in relation to the Tohno family).

Although due to different routes and different endings, the day of Tsukhime's main events end up being on different days depending on each route taken at the end of the main event. On Arcueid and Kohaku routes, the main story ends on October 31 on Sunday. On the routes of Ciel and Akiha, the main story ends on November 1 on Monday. And on the route of Hisui, the main story ends on November 2, on Tuesday. But what they all have in common is that they all begin precisely on 21 October.

Also, depending on the choices, the epilogues of the five routes also happen in certain periods of time depending on the end that the player reaches with his choices and the ends reached.

In the Arcueid route, her True and Good Endings which is called "Tsukihime/Moon Princess" takes place a week after Roa's death, with Shiki commenting that it had been a week after the final incident with Roa and that autumn would be ending after the winter comes, what changes is that which of the two final choices available at the end is that they determine the choice of one of the two paths leading to the outcome of "Tsukihime/Moon Princess" (although in the anime and manga versions, which the ending shown is True Ending is shown that it had been passed about a month after the incident to fit better with the approach of the change of seasons, indicating that the epilogue happened in the month of December instead of November). In case of Good Ending choice, one month passed until the return of Arcueid to staying with Shiki in Misaki Town instead of disappearing back to the Millennial Castle Brunestud (this Good Ending is also the basis that was used for Tsukhime's follow-ups such as Kagetsu Tohya and Melty Blood Series).

On the Ciel route, his True Ending which is called "Daylight Blue" occurs after Shiki killed Roa who had moved in and awoke in bed in a hospital, where he was in a coma for two months, indicating that it was the month of January 2000 when Shiki regained consciousness, but in reality it's just a dream he had and he wakes up the next morning after killing Roa in high school with Ciel waiting for him to wake up. In the case of Good Ending "Sun", the events took place in an unknown amount of time, but I can say that it may have been about two weeks at least.

In the case of the Akiha route, in its Normal Ending called "Distant Reed Warbler", Shiki mentions that it is almost winter when it remembers the forest of the Tohno residence, then everything indicates that this epilogue must happen in the month of December. In True Ending "Warm Afternoon Nap", it is also not said in what period of time the events of this epilogue happened, but one clue indicates that in this period of time when Akiha awoke, she began to study in the school where Shiki studied, indicating that this may have occurred in January 2000.

Already on the Hisui route, in his True Ending "Midday Moon," a week passed after the death of SHIKI and Akiha during the month of November, and after Kohaku killed himself by confronting Shiki after this incident at the Tohno residence, Shiki mentions to Hisui in an unknown amount of time he was entering his winter break tomorrow, which leads one to believe that this final scene takes place the month before Christmas day. In the case of Good Ending's "Dreams of Sunshine", a week went by after SHIKI's death and when Kohaku tried to kill himself with poison and Shiki used his Mystic Eyes of Death Perception to 'kill' the poison ingested by her, he lost the conscience and stayed a few days unconscious, waking up in a hospital bed and then coming to see with Hisui the room of Kohaku, where it is revealed that she lost her memories.

On Kohaku's route, as there is only one ending, in the scene of his Ending epilogue "DREAMS OF SUNSHINE", this scene is said to be happening in the summer season and that Shiki was now on the summer vacation, with him having planned travel to Nagano which is where he was born as Shiki Nanaya originally and eventually took Kohaku along on the trip, which means that it happened at the end of July 2000.

Epilogue

Because an undetermined amount of time has passed since the events of Tsukhime, Shiki and Aoko were only able to meet again after more than ten years after meeting in 1991. This scene takes place on a full moon night and following Nasu's comment regarding how distant Tsukhime was from Fate/stay night when he said that "The end of Tsukihime is the beginning of Fate/stay night."

As the prologue and epilogue of some literary work or of a story are considered to be the beginning and closing of a tale, so how does this scene of the reunion of Shiki with Aoko is the final epilogue of Tsukihime, the prologue of how the story of Fate/stay night happened can be considered that scene where Shirou Emiya was about to be killed again in the hands of Lancer and Saber is summoned to fight in the 5th Holy Grail War that we see when we first opened the visual novel when we started the game, with the last pair of Master and Se rvant appearing in Fuyuki to fight in the 5th Holy Grail War that officially begins this very night.

Based on this and in this commentary made by Kinoko Nasu himself, as the world of Tsukhime and Fate/stay night pass in the same parallel world (at least in the case of the Fate route), the scene of the epilogue "Eclipse" in which Shiki and Aoko meet for the last time on a full moon night in the same place where they meet for the first time occurred precisely on February 2, 2004, the same day that Shirou summoned Saber to save his life and to fight together in Fuyuki's 5th Holy Grail War. It is worth remembering that this scene is also the last that Shiki and Aoko meet since Aoko mentioned that Shiki no longer had much more time to live due to the accident that almost took his life 13 years ago and also due to the constant use of Mystic Eyes of Death Perception that he was using and the battles he battled against vampires, ghouls and some of the 27 Dead Apostle Ancestors in Misaki Town (the Melty Blood Series events being the transition period between the end of the main events of Tsukihime and before the reencounter of Shiki and Aoko in the epilogue Eclipse).

Because of this, Shiki at this point in her life was living her 22 years of life and Aoko was now living her 32 years, being that she met Shiki when she was living her 20 years of age.

Fate/stay night Timeline

With everything explained in relation to the Fate/Zero timeline, it's simpler to explain now how the exact days were when each event of Fate/stay night actually happened.

All three routes of Fate/stay night that are "Fate", "Unlimited Blade Works" and "Heaven's Feel" routes take place from January 31 to February 15, 2004, so regardless of which route chosen, the 5th Holy Grail War takes place precisely these days, in these months and in this precise year, being that in the routes "Unlimited Blade Works" and "Heaven's Feel", the 5th Holy Grail War ends in the dawn of the 15 of February and in the route "Fate", the events of the 5th Holy Grail War ended at dawn on February 16 of this same year, with Saber and Shirou having destroyed the Grail and his contents on this route and Saber having disappeared after confessing to Shirou that she loves him, and that eventually they would meet in the afterlife in Avalon or have reunited within a few months after the 5th Holy Grail War due to the actions of Avenger at the end of Fate/hollow ataraxia.

In relation to the prologue to this series, while it begins precisely at the exact moment that Shirou was about to be killed at the hands of Lancer for the second time and was eventually saved by summoning Saber on February 2, 2004 (the same day as I suspect Shiki Tohno was talking to Aoko Aozaki in Tsukihime's epilogue), Rin Tohsaka and the whole series generally begins on January 31, when she remembers the last day of life when her father Tokiomi Tohsaka was still alive and gave the Rin is responsible for taking over the leadership of the Tohsaka clan and for recovering the Grail if she is chosen as a Master and he fails to do so.

In the case of the epilogues of the three routes and their endings, on the Fate route, the ending known as "Continuation of the Dream" takes place on April 7 where Shirou will start her third year at the Homurahara Academy and talk to Rin on the way to school, it is said that all damages done by the 5th Holy Grail War was almost completely undone by the arrival of old Milo, the new temporary priest who was sent by the Church to replace the already dead false priest Kirei Kotomine until Caren Hortensia were ready to make his new job and that all the people affected by this war has had its memories altered and the life of the Fuyuki people has returned to normal, thus officially ending the 5th Holy Grail War from this point in time (and it is from this time period that can be counted the period of six months, half a year in which the events of Fate/hollow ataraxia may or may not have happened after the events of Fate route).

After the events of this ending, the death of Saber as King Arthur in the 5th century AD and after Shirou's death in a distant future is shown his definitive meeting with Saber in Avalon, in the afterlife on the Reverse Side of the World.

In the case of the "Unlimited Blade Works" route, in True Ending "Brilliant Years", the epilogue takes place in the year 2006 after two years after the conclusion of the 5th Holy Grail War, with Shirou leaving Rin and the Mage's Association to follow their dream of being a Hero of Justice, however a flashback of the month of March after the 5th Holy Grail War has ended is shown where Rin and Shirou announce to Issei and Ayako they are dating. Already in the Good Ending of this same route that is called "Sunny Days", it occurs on the 16th of February after of 5th Holy Grail War where Saber had become the familiar of Rin so she can take care of both Shirou and the Rin where the three live together.

As for the "Heaven's Feel" route, in the Normal Ending in which it is called "Cherry Blossoms' Dream", it is shown that it was already about 10 days after the end of the 5th Holy Grail War, 2004 when Sakura Matou regained consciousness after being released from the influence of Angra Mainyu and Shirou destroyed the Greater Grail at the cost of her life. After that, an unknown amount of years passed and Sakura aged living alone in the Emiya residence while being faithfully certain that her Senpai would return one day and wait for him in this house, planting every year of her life a seed of Sakura trees in the garden of the Emiya residence at the beginning of each spring until the day they would meet again, and a year after Shirou's death, Sakura was left with the custody of the Emiya residence to her and Taiga Fujimura has not visited her since. Rider must surely have terminated her contract with Sakura before she had awakened from her coma during the period of ten days when she lost consciousness after her contract with Angra Mainyu had been undone and disappeared back to the Throne of Heroes not to make Sakura suffer more. In this ending, Sakura died of old age in a spring in the month of March in an unknown year in the future and reunited with Shirou in the afterlife.

Already in True Ending's "Return to the Spring," Illyasviel sacrificed himself to close the Greater Grail once and for all at the end of the 5th Holy Grail War and two years have passed since then, with the story of Fate/stay night ending completely in month of March 2006, during spring break, with Rin, Sakura, Shirou, Taiga and Rider living his new lives.

Fate/hollow ataraxia Timeline

As this series is the official continuation of Fate/stay night and although its adventures do not happen in any of the three normal routes of Fate/stay night according to Kinoko Nasu, I believe that the most probable route in which the events of this visual novel happened were on the alternate version of the Fate route where Avenger, reborn as the Grail when obtaining the souls of seven Servants through Illyasviel, had its form as the complete Grail had been destroyed along with its contents in the hands of Shirou and Saber after its completion, but his soul and his power as Grail has survived his destruction and has found Bazett to save her by forming a contract with him and to generate a world loop inside her mind to keep her alive that lasted about four days which are the days 8, 9, 10 and October 11 (the probable days and also the probable month in which Avenger fought in the 3rd Holy Grail War in the real world when he arrived in Fuyuki with the Master Einzbern and was defeated and absorbed into the Greater Grail , or corrupting). Bazett was in a coma for about six whole months until Caren found her possibly at the end of August in the real world and tried to restore her full health.

Realizing that Bazett's body was already healed in the real world after it had been over a month since Caren found it and after passing all the events we saw in Fate/hollow ataraxia's storyline to convince Bazett to end the world loop, it was at dawn on 11 October for the 12th day in the real world that Bazett would s himself of his comatose state and using his last forces as Grail, as well as having found a dimensional slot opened by an experiment done by Rin, Avenger transferred the effects of his world loop to change the space-time reality of Fuyuki and the world itself, thus reviving the Masters and Servants who died or disappeared in the real world after the end of the 5th Holy Grail War and altered the memories of the surviving Masters to do them to think that the Servants were alive this time after the destruction of the Grail at the end of this same war in the real world.

Around the end of October or early November, the epilogue of Fate/hollow ataraxia “Sequel” happened with Bazett and Caren asking for shelter in the Emiya residence for the real Shirou in real world.
