  1. 105g spices
  2. 400g overproof alcohol
  3.
  4. Crush the spices to a coarse powder. Add the overproof alcohol, transfer to a bottle or storage jar and leave to infuse for at least 2 weeks. If you know how to infuse using a whipper canister, you can do that instead. Once infused, pass through a coffee filter and store in a dropper bottle.
  5.
  6. Tips:
  7. Use about 40g of whatever you want the main flavor to be.
  8. Maybe this goes without saying but don’t use any more than 40g of other flavors
  9. Other stuff you might want to add: vanilla cause it’s always good, citrus zests, salt (for some reason idk)
  10. Don’t use more than 5g of gentian, otherwise it will overpower everything
  11. Use different spirits to add more flavor: Wray & Nephew White Overproof works good
