- 105g spices
- 400g overproof alcohol
- Crush the spices to a coarse powder. Add the overproof alcohol, transfer to a bottle or storage jar and leave to infuse for at least 2 weeks. If you know how to infuse using a whipper canister, you can do that instead. Once infused, pass through a coffee filter and store in a dropper bottle.
- Tips:
- Use about 40g of whatever you want the main flavor to be.
- Maybe this goes without saying but don’t use any more than 40g of other flavors
- Other stuff you might want to add: vanilla cause it’s always good, citrus zests, salt (for some reason idk)
- Don’t use more than 5g of gentian, otherwise it will overpower everything
- Use different spirits to add more flavor: Wray & Nephew White Overproof works good
