Backing up Between two Windows Hosts

I was wondering if you guys know of any windows based programs that could be used to back up files from one of my file servers ( a lot of family photos and vidoes, podcasts, ect ) to another either constantly or Incrementally?

Bandwidth between machines wouldn't be an issue cause almost everthing is pluged into gigabit switches.

If you guys can think of anything it'd be a big help as I've been just deleting the entire 2nd server and recopying cause so much gets moved around and reorganized.
