A note:

I honestly don't know guys, I really don't know what I am supposed to do. I was meaning to take a break from leadership for a week but here I am once again leading and this 1 blew up in my face. I am no way near the best leader in t3 or in the community, I get shit wrong and I make dumb decisions, and this 1 was one of them. I have thought long and hard on remedies of how to fix the vacuum of leadership within the community, and T3 were meant to be a solution, the majority of you have the sense and skills I see as potential great leaders, but I feel saddened that even when we are all grouped together, some of the best members this community has to offer, no one wanted to step up. Everyone is willing to give their 2 cents but no one is willing to step up and be the person to take control of a situation. I am meant to be the person responsible for handling t3s as a whole but I am unsure where to go from this, I know you guys can do excellent and great things happen when we squad up. But there has to be a change in the current situation we are in because with no one wanting to step up, lead, learn. Then what is the point of us even attending? I get some are here just to chill and relax and that is fine, but when push comes to shove we need to be able to flip the switch and get stuff done, Maybe i have a point, maybe I don't, I am just trying to help because I know you guys can do better.
