Source of the spa leaking into the pool was found to be caused by an over-rotating valve acutator. We adjusted the actuator and it is now working as intended.

Found leaks from both of the flow cell saddle clamps and electric heater threads. Leaks from the saddle clamps were fixed, but the leak from the heater requires a replumb to fix due to lack of unions.
