The hint, "a library which contains everything that is written and everything that will ever be written" is talking about https://libraryofbabel.info/ and with it, you can search the library with the given hex and given parameters of wall 2, shelf 3 and volume 11 to find page 340 by using the browse feature.

The other hint is where the text said: aaanestedaaa

This means that in the library on that page, you must find a piece of text that is "nested" between "aaa aaa". In this case at that location in the library, what you will find is: aaapastebinjuiszlqqnejqeswsaaa

As you can see, "pastebin" and two of the URLs (juiszlqq and nejqesws) are nested between "aaa aaa". So you have https://pastebin.com/juiszlqq and https://pastebin.com/nejqesws the latter of which is crucial in order to solve the end of the puzzle.
