Section A: Weaponry
A1. The only weapons legal without a license are guns that use pistol ammo. All other weapons are prohibited, unless you have a license (DO NOT ASK ME FOR A LICENSE).
A2. Having weapons out in public is prohibited.

Section B: Substances (drugs, liquids, oil)
B1. All drugs are legal except for heroin and meth.
B2. All liquids are legal, milk is important for your bones!
B3. Oil is an important part of the economy, and as such is legal.

Section C: The Homeless
C1. Hobo BIP is legal, hobos can make great things that show what our city can do.
C2. Hobotown is legal, however it cannot contain anything prohibited, and the hobotown may be torn down if prohibited items are found inside.
C3. Hobo radios are legal, as long as they don't produce ear rape that causes people's ears to bleed.
C4. Tollbooths are annoying, and as such are prohibited.
C5. The hobos are to not be disrespected, they are special people with special needs.
C6. Hobos cannot throw bugbait, as it is considered to be disrespectful.

Section D: Usage of 911
D1. 911 is a service meant ONLY for reporting prohibited things and for emergencies.
D2. Making prank 911 calls consumes the resources of police, and as a result is prohibited.
