Pimp seems to be a bit annoyed after hearing about FMC's resignation and asks her if she really intends to quit this job. She looks at him full of confidence and answers him 'Yes.'

Karaoke FMC x Pimp

They are sitting on the floor, FMC tells him how she isn't quitting right now because she has a lot of thing to buy. She still has her rent to pay and need money for something else..
He picks up a pack of cigarettes from his pocket and asks her when she intends to quit then. She tells him how it should be around next year on May, so just after the spring season.
He light on his cigarettes saying how they're in December right now and says how she could've told him later.. She says how she wanted to tell him in advance because she's the Ace of the shop and didn't want him to feel burdened by her sudden depart.

He agrees saying 'Fuck it..'; then he asks her if her coworkers are aware of her future depart. She denies saying how she isn't leaving right now and she still have 6 months to form a new ace and talk / explain it to her friends / coworker.

Pimp wonders then why she told him in advance because now he's feeling like he'll explode knowing his business could be screwed up in six months. She says how she's really thankful to him so she wanted to let him know in advance. He thanks her as his turn for telling him.

FMC is a bit disappointed in front of his lack of anger and thought he'll show her a stronger reaction. He tells how he can't do anything, she wants to quit, so she quits and that's all. He says how he raised her to be his top Ace and now she's leaving for becoming the Ace of another bar and feels a bit helpless.
She denies it saying how she doesn't want to be a 'Doumi' anymore, he's surprised and asks her what she intends to do then.. She tells him how she wants to be an office worker or something like that. Working in a more normal job.. He got triggered by her poor choice of words and asks her what she means by 'Normal Job' he tells her how the most important is to earn a lot of money..

He asks her if it's even possible to earn as much as working here with a office worker job, she says how they have to live in adequacy with what they earn and to let off their current way of living (spending money).. He knows understand a bit more and say how he'll listen to her advice in the future.

She asks him if knows why she always wanted to live a more normal life and proposes him a drink after tonight's work saying how she'll tell him about her reason. He nods at her while smiling.

Bar - Terrace Pimp x FMC

They're drinking soju and eating snacks, she complains about what happened with the work and how she already drank a lot.. Pimp asks her while eating why she wants so much to have a more proper life..
She says how he's already knowing him and asks him if he remembers when she went out for the first snow (she asked a day off), he asks what about that guy and she tells him how he's the person she respects the most as an 'Oppa' and as a 'Friend'.
Pimp puts MC's visage on a name and says how she's talking about the fucker who always stay more time with her than what he paid and says how he's just a fool who like to sing.

FMC becomes angry after hearing Pimp rude reproach against MC and says how he isn't allowed to slander him like this and how she always did her hours when she was with MC. Pimp asks her why he's only calling her then if he isn't trying to have free time with her.. She is upset and says how he can't say shit about MC because MC is the best person in the world and can accomplish everything..

Pimp laughs hearing this and asks her why he's only singing like a fool in a karaoke bar if he's so talented.. He asks her if she's respecting him too. She says how she has a bit of respect for him because he took care of her trash cousin.. He asks her what happened when she went to see him when it was the 'First Snow'..

She tells him how MC looked very depressed at this time and how she wanted to comfort him so she secretly went to his company to give him a surprise..

MC's Company FMC

FMC went to the building where MC's working and she was amazed by the huge building.. She narrates how she hid in the lobby on the ground floor and waited a long time to make a surprise to MC.

She looks at the elevator saying how MC will soon come down and she has to greet him.. She sees him and calls his name but stop halfway after seeing Seo walking beside him..

She narrates how MC left the elevator with his manager and how she looked cool and beautiful, she tells to Pimp how she was the typical pretty and modern woman. How she looked full of confidence, colorful, fashionable etc..

FMC hides behind the wall and keeps spying at them..

She keeps narrating how she doesn't know why but she hid and didn't call MC at that time.. She only looked at them and says how they looked like made for each other, really compatible.. She says how when she looked at Seo she felt really cheap and ugly.
She finally understood why MC never looked at her, he already had the presence of a capable woman beside him and why would he care about a 'Doumi'. She says how she compared herself to Seo for a moment but stopped right away because it was a lost match right from the beginning.

He says how his Ace is feeling inferior to an old bitch and says how he's feeling sad.. FMC calls him ('Chief').. He looks at her asking her what she wants. She tells him how she would like to have another drink with him at her house, rendering him speechless..
