Immersive Patrols

<Purpose>
- This is a mod that I have used before, and it's actually a must have for any playthrough, the addition it brings is quite subtle, It's not something that you will interact with all the time, but the +100K endorsements shows exactly how much important that subtle addition is.
- Since I'm not going to be using fast travel for the majority of my travels, it's quite immersive to see patrols patrolling the road, it only makes sense in a world as fierce and dangerous as Skyrim, and when I get stronger, I might have a shot at defeating patrols and selling their belongings in flea market.
