  1. Payday 2 Perk Deck Power Levels (As I understand them at least)
  2. Introduction:
  3. So, I'm gonna scale based on multiple factors, Killing Potential, Survivability, Point Cost, Team Support, And Consistency
  4. Definitions:
  5. Killing Potential: This is based on how good the deck works with crits or zerk
  6. D - Crits/Zerk Unusable (without unseen)
  7. C - Crits/Zerk usable but sacrifices something else
  8. B - Crits/Zerk usable but only one
  9. A - Crits/Zerk usable but one sacrifices something else
  10. S - Crits/Zerk usable at the same time without any sacrifices
  11. Survivability: This is how well the deck survives on DS
  12. Point Cost: This is how cheap the deck is on skill points
  13. Team Support: This is based on how well the deck can support teammates on its own
  14.
  15. Crew Chief
  16. KP - C
  17. S - C
  18. PC - D
  19. TS - S+
  20. C - A
  21. Notes: Only deck that uses hostages
  22.
  23. Muscle
  24. KP - B
  25. S - B
  26. PC - B
  27. TS - D
  28. C - S
  29. Notes: Use suit and go for crits, play like kingpin while off injector.
  30.
  31. Armorer
  32. KP - B
  33. S - A
  34. PC - D
  35. TS - F
  36. C - A
  37. Notes: 2s godmode go brr, go for zerk.
  38.
  39. Rogue

  56. KP - S
  57. S - C
  58. PC - F
  59. TS - F
  60. C - D
  61. Notes: Costs a lot of points to make it work but 2 shot HBV with zerk/crits can be pretty funny.

  64. KP - A
  65. S - D
  66. PC - A
  67. TS - F

  72. KP - C
  73. S - B
  74. PC - D
  75. TS - F
  76. C - B
  77. Notes: Zerk cuts your survivability down considerably, Crits requires unseen or it also cuts survivability.

  80. KP - C
  81. S - A
  82. PC - D
  83. TS - D

  90. PC - C
  91. TS - B

  105. S - F
  106. PC - D
  107. TS - F
  108. C - S
  109. Notes: Worst deck in the game, usually ran by memelords who find DSOD too easy anyways.
  110.
  111. Ex-President
  112. KP - B
  113. S - C
  114. PC - B
  115. TS - F

  121. S - C
  122. PC - C
  123. TS - C
  124. C - F
  125. Notes: Highly Inconsistant due to timers desyncing over time
  126.
  127. Anarchist
  128. KP - S
  129. S - B
  130. PC - B
  131. TS - F
  132. C - B
  133. Notes: Killing is your survivability
  134.
  135. Biker
  136. KP - C
  137. S - C
  138. PC - C
  139. TS - F
  140. C - D
  141. Notes: Just use anarchist or ex president
  142.
  143. Kingpin
  144. KP - B
  145. S - S+
  146. PC - S+
  147. TS - D
  148. C - A
  149. Notes: Injector is broken enough that the only "required" skills are bullseye and duck & cover, even then you can remove both and it's still good, Consistancy isn't S because green dozers exist.
  150.
  151. Sicario
  152. KP - B
  153. S - B
  154. PC - B
  155. TS - A
  156. C - D
  157. Notes: Can make objectives trivial
  158.
  159. Stoic
  160. KP - C
  161. S - S
  162. PC - A
  163. TS - F
  164. C - S
  165. Notes: HBV is the optimal way to play cause crits, but you can play ICTV, Going down is way more brutal on Stoic than other decks.
  166.
  167. Tag Team
  168. KP - B
  169. S - A
  170. PC - B
  171. TS - A
  172. C - A
  173. Notes: You are now the medic from tf2
  174.
  175. Hacker
  176. KP - B
  177. S - B
  178. PC - A
  179. TS - C
  180. C - D
  181. Notes: Rogue but healing :)
  182.
  183. Leech
  184. KP - S- (Zerk is inconsistant)
  185. S - S
  186. PC - S
  187. TS - A
  188. C - B
  189. Notes: So for some ungodly reason this deck exists, and it synergizes with both crits AND ZERK despite being a HP deck, it has swan song & messiah basically built in, and it has 10 seconds of health segment gating, oh and it heals teammates, why does this exist?
