Asking to become an admin will just get you kicked!
Intentionally targeting another player / staff & continuous harassment will lead to a 1 week ban.
NO inappropriate things are allowed in /ooc chat.  AKA - racism - profanity - languages.
When you reach the max active warn limit you will get kicked!
Any job that can base besides hobos can have a KOS line!
You can do /advert  to advert something.  (AKA /ad Mug drop 5k!)
Don't self-supply.
Don't prop kill.
Do not nocollide cars and drive though bases.
Do not build in spawn.
You can't build in a public area unless you are a hobo or hobo king!
No chain/super binds allowed (example. /advert mug/raid/false/over/pdraid/bank raid)
Lightsabers don't count as weapon unless activated.
Don't use the no-collide feature on props, entities and cars

NEW GANG RULES

Don't KOS another gang member without reason.
Gang leaders can call gang wars on each other. (15min Cooldown)
Don't Kill One Another For No Reason
Don't harass the other gang UNLESS its in rp form
May mug/raid/PD raid and bank raid

Bank Rules

Must have at least 1 getaway driver to be able to raid bank!
Must have 2 or more people!
after drilling and you have left bank police are allowed to break NLR!
DONT BUILD IN BANK!
Police cannot arrest you during bank raid they must kill you!


BASING RULES

NO MEGA BASES ONLY 1 BASE PER PARTY/GROUP
MUST BE RAIDABLE.
No propblocking any rooms.
Each fading door must have 1 keypad on both sides of the door.
The fade length on the keypad must be 6 seconds or longer!
Double faded doors are not allowed.
No kill boxes allowed.
No Tunnels where they can't see you but you can see their head and you shoot them.
The keypad must be visible and obviously placed
Only 20 keypads per base.
No more than 12 fading doors per base.
Prop-Blocking in public space, (aswell as un-owned property,) is prohibited.
KOS lines are allowed!
Putting a building sign up will keep you safe for 30 minutes,  in that time all you can do is build.  Nobody can raid you but you can't have any entities other than a TV or Radio.
No crouch, hurdle, or maze bases.
Building during bases is prohibited <--- Before you change this,  What does that even mean?
Invisible props are prohibited.
Cannot have kos and building sign at same time. (Do not bother people building)
No bases that has up stairs to shoot at a person this is consider a kill box
Every fading door in base if on going (aka the base that has one you get through and your locked in) must have a space of 3x1

RAIDING RULES
You must advert raid by doing "/advert Raid" or your preferred choice of words, as long as it gets the idea across.
You may only raid a specific base every 20 minutes.
You are not allowed to build during a raid.
You can steal printers or bitminers from a base.
NLR still applies to both the raider and the defender!
You must advert raid unless purge!
Raiding a base with a building sign is prohibited unless purge!
If someone has less than 60 minutes on the server,  wait to raid them.
The person who getting raided cannot destroy printers during raid!
There is a 10 minute cooldown to raid another base!


KIDNAP RULES
Running away from your kidnapper is failrp/fearrp!
Pulling out a gun on your kidnapper is also failrp/fearrp!
You must wait 10 minutes to kidnap another person.
If you are being kidnapped you must do what the kidnapper say or failrp/fearrp!
You may only hold someone hostage for 40 minutes!

Nobody can kill you until 15 minutes after you got elected.  (Unless it's the purge.)

You must wait 5 minutes to rape another person!

PET RULES
Can only attack people if attacking - harrassing - or harming your owner in any other way
If you get adopted, you must do /job Name's Pet  (AKA if your owner is Wesley then do /job Wesley's Pet)

Cannot base unless it is with your owner.
Cannot base inside of the Police Department without Permission from PD Leadership or the Mayor.

HITMAN RULES
Cannot take hits unless the person has a reason!
Cannot raid unless your hit is in the building
May have a base!

HOBO RULES
Cannot own a fading door!
Can't have a KOS line!
You can build a little base on public property.
Cannot propblock a large chunk of a public area.
Hobo king can have guns,  but normal hobos cannot.
You may not play Earrape.
You may not just sit there playing music after being killed just to annoy people. ( be dead and playing music is not allowed )
Cannot Mug or Raid. ( Only the Hobo King may Mug )


PURGE RULES
CP cannot purge!
You cannot purge in spawn.
Don't run into spawn to avoid getting killed.
Don't run out of spawn right after someone else just to kill them.
Anyone in PD during purge is KOS.
Once the purge ends and the sirens go off that is final!  Killing after that is counted as RDM and will get you a warn.
No Spawn Camping, If the staff team see's you attempt to spawn cap, they will take action.
