Okay to elaborate
A) what I said before about specialization (maybe copy that here for the doc to explain), I'd like to add we need to be more transparent in elections and training about what behind the curtain is actually like
B) We need to nuke the Trello, either to rebuild it to fit us now, or to drop it entirely
C) summer needs to chill in a lot of ways, but them leaving is not my plan A
D) We desperately need to do something about tramsmasc peeps, especially with Conner gone. I don't know what, but I'd hate for ags to become transfemmetastic 2
E)we need to lay out a plan for how we actually deal with shit that isn't explicitly on server and/or effects the user on other servers. Making people change pfps makes me uncomfy a bit, making people unlink accounts was step I didn't like, and we've been all over the map when it comes to dms.
F) We need to be on the same page about the server, what it is, and what we want it to be. Everyone is pulling the server in the way they want it to be, especially a few with strong visions. I want this server to be a safe space, but trying to make a safe space for literally everything will not be productive.
G)We need to try and pull away from long heated admin discussions, they tend to only have a few voices, mostly those that can stand those long arguments, so they arent representative of the whole mod teams views and can cause issues. They also serve to sow distrust and dislike in other staff members, Asuna was a casualty of this in a lot of ways
H)We really fucking need to actually try and fix the distrust issues with our users, if people are too scared to get into voice chat with a staff member, that should be a huge red flag. We are way too opaque right now.
I)Id like us to rethink partnership, I dont see it helping from all my research, and it only hurts some parts of our userbase.
J) We desperately need a staff meeting
K) We either need to force staff off duty, or do something to combat burn out, it should not be this high. Also really ask why tf noone feels comfortable modding channels and things sit around so long.

M) Bring back wholesome positive vibes, images doesnt fit a bit, and pets is too laser focused.
N)Can we get some more new staff who will actually moderate the NSFW section and not be afraid of it and do things that alienate it
