Just read what management does and do that except if you have this job you manage management!

Your job is to  manage the overall operations and resources of Smokiez Cafe!
Basically just do interviews, manage the group, admin patrol on the restaurant.

VICE PRESIDENT:
Your job is to assist the president so read what they do and that's what you are supposed to help them with.

PRESIDENT: (that's me)
Your job is to Manage the group, conduct interviews, read applications, work with other groups on partnerships(until we get a global manager), manages the restaurant

DEVELOPER:
Do what the chairman tells you to do :).

VICE CHAIRMAN:
Assists the chairman so just read what that does and help them with that!
