  5. Obviously as seen I’ve been ‘Removed’ from Chief by the Staff. I’d like to take an opportunity to address some of the allegations made against myself and others, and address numerous of my former sAPD members that I had the opportunity to lead.

  7. To start off, I’d like to address some of the points made in @McDili’s post. I will attempt to be as transparent as possible, and if that gets me restricted in the process so be it. I’ll make this post available on pastebin and distribute the link in the event it is taken down.

  9. “First and foremost 2 former staff members were leaking detailed information about staff decisions/conversations to the Chief of Police. These actions were beyond the scope of their duties and have been dealt with. The Chief had established a reward system for one of these members, allowing them to keep their whitelisted rank after retirement as payment for "services" (providing sensitive information). This exchange of information is a breach of trust that the staff, the APD, and the community has with the staff and the Chief. This is only the tip of the iceberg.”

  11.                 This account of what happened is factually skewed in the direction to make staff ‘look good’. The two “former” staff members he is referring to are Goodman, and EatMeth specifically. Never, at any point, did I establish a “rewards system”. Goodman kept his whitelisted LT rank for a variety of reasons (excessive work on the sheets, in-game related activity, desk duties, and overall just being the ‘ideal’ LT). Any information that both Meth, and Goodman passed on were related to APD situations the Chief should be aware of, that the staff were not, and will not, be forthcoming about. This exchange of information as detailed in the post was not only condoned, but done by McDili, Rex, and several other staff members. I find it troubling that some of the accusations being made are by a person who at times, has leaked far, far, far worse things than I’ll ever go into detail over. This includes Rex.

  13. “The second issue was that the Former Chief was neglecting their duties in order to put the staff "in their place". When the Former Chief was tasked to make changes to the handbook regarding Bait Cars and Mobile Checkpoints, he refused to fulfill the role of his office. The staff had to take the reins of Chief to update a rule. If the Chief was unwilling to perform his duties, then he is unwilling to be Chief.”

  15.                 I am not sure who is quoted as saying “in their place”, but I believe that to be a misquote. I could be wrong here. However, I was told to make a handbook update, that quite frankly I, nor the sAPD, agreed with. I simply shrugged it off as “I’m busy” or “I’ll do it tomorrow”. I wasn’t busy, I was simply at my computer doing shit. I fully admit to not being honest with everyone on that one. With that being said, the issues addressed in the update(s), in my opinion, were not balance or staff related issues. Mobile checkpoints were already agreed upon, and sAPD plainly did not agree with staff intervention in regards to baitcars. The assertion that “If the Chief was unwilling to perform his duties, then he is unwilling to be Chief” is blasphemous at best.

  17. “The third issue was that the Chief and a Deputy Chief intended to abuse their positions of authority to remove a Lieutenant from the SAPD. The Chief and this Deputy presumed that this Lieutenant had reported their activities to the staff, when in reality he had not. They intended to find any reason or to create a reason to justify the Lieutenant's removal. Not only is this a complete abuse of power by the Office of Chief, it is a total breach of trust between a commander and his subordinates. Such behavior and actions will not be tolerated in any whitelisted element, and are subject for immediate removal.”

  19.                 Myself and Meth, and to a lesser extent Rex (who by the way, had no objection to the removal) identified Outcast as a highly likely possibility he ratted on Meth for providing me APD relevant information from the staff section. This ultimately resulted in EatMeth losing his position on staff. In my opinion and others, Outcast had not been performing to the level we expected an LT to, and in addition to that, his feud with other sAPD members was not facilitating a ‘conducive working environment’. Again, I will reiterate the fact that all 3 Chiefs had no objection to this line of thought. The assertion that this would be an abuse of our positions/authority is outlandish and in my opinion, libelous.

  21. At the end of the day, even if I were to get Chief back, I would not want it. I do not believe this community is heading in the correct direction for a various amount of reasons, some of which I have privately told McDili. At the end of the day, many friendships have been ruined here, and all it would’ve taken was a simple conversation between several people, and none of this would’ve happened.

  23. I won’t act like a martyr for the APD, because I’m not. There are tough decisions you have to make as Chief, and sometimes those can have consequences as seen here. It’s unfortunate that people have a skewed view on how things need to get done. It will always be my continuing belief that staff should not be Chief, as it’s not conducive to being 1000% focused on what the APD needs, wants, and desires.

  25. I genuinely appreciate every single member of the APD and generally speaking sought out to make your experience better. The number one rule I had while playing cop or being on the server in general, was to have fun. I hope that if I did not change someone’s life in one way or another, someone on the APD/sAPD did.   27. @TheRealKyle Thanks for being a good friend, I had to fight long and hard to get you on the sAPD and I am sure as hell glad that fight paid off. Couldn’t have asked for a better friend and partner in crime. A real one.

  29. @EatMeth Honestly shoutout for the OG. We got SGT the same day and couldn’t have asked for a better right hand man through ALL the bullshit. A real one. I still did more desk work as SGT tho ;)

  39. @Fuzy and @Lucki I really think your guys contribution to the sAPD went unnoticed, not only that you two were the driving voices that got me Chief back to begin with. Both of you were extremely helpful in completely different ways. Thanks for everything. Also shoutout to Lucki for helping me get an A in Applied Calc.

  47. @3 Rip If you could actually stay out of trouble for more than 2 weeks, you’d legitimately be SGT by now. But really, we had our times where we hated each other but I really enjoyed actually meeting up with “the boys” and hanging out. Cool kid. Let’s clap this gang wars tho ;)
