	Or at least we tend not to force up when it comes to prem/d1

	We look at the team before the provisional tiers so basically the teams have the admin consent
	Then during the season we can't keep looking at all the teams
	so players joining after are unchecked
	We are looking into it but even if there was a ban I doubt it would be applied now that the season is so close
	And not all of the players were throwing or knew about the coinflip system even
