Do you have any raid ready alts? If so, do you have any experience on them?:  mained my monk during legion, rerolled to rogue during bfa, monk is mythic geared this expac, shaman is slightly lower exp.

Previous raiding/expansion experience:  during legion i raided during TOS and onward, achieved 6/9m in tomb and edge during antorus. currently in bfa, im 7/8m progressing on ghuun with my current guild.

Joining Stress Test:
Why do you want to join us?    im looking for a guild with evening raid times on days that suit me, stress test matches this, i also enjoy being in a raid environment that is efficient during the raid times they have, and judgeing by you being 8/8 in this tier with the current times you have, it seems you are like this.  my current guild spends alot more time raiding during the week and most of the time is used inefficiently, taking lots of breaks between pull and being afk more than progressing the fight.
During Progression we want a close to 90 % of attendance is that okey with you?(edited)  full attendance will be no issue.
