Chapter 3 - Stage 2

Opening

Aeda, Ive heard from that bioloid before.
It was programmed to be launched to the orbit and direct the human escape to Mars.
And now she is directing the AGSs in a passive-aggressive war with the iron-bugs.
Even when she has not been hostile towards the bioloids, why wait until now to interact with them? Why contact me now?
A lot of questions go through my head.
Fortune: The setting for the communication are done. We might be able to talk with that famous Aeda.
Im a bit nervous.

Marie: For now we have to get as much information as we can.
       Im sure Aeda has a lot of information since she has been watching the earth from the orbit.

Aeda: I have a different official name. But you can call me Aeda.

Why did you contact me?

Aeda: It looks like you are in a hurry.
      Ill explain in detail why we contacted you and what should we do in the future.
      First of all I would like to talk about the "Experimental site"

"Experimental site"?

Aeda: Thats right. People in the past used to call that facility the 81st experiment station.
      A lot of top secret experiments were realised there.

Aeda: Unfortunately I dont have access to that information.

      The most obvious fact is that there are iron-bugs that feast their fellows.

Aeda: Fortune from the public servants, your words and anger are justified.
      However, if you know all the circumstances, you are likely to understand me.
Fortune: And what are those circumstances?
Aeda: Because those are related to the origin of the human.
      The information cannot be shared at this time.
Marie: What do you mean Aeda?
       There is a reason why you have been talking with us and the commander.
       And now you dont want tell us anything.
       But we must believe in you and cooperate.

Aeda: That is right No. 4 Indomitable Marie.

      AGSs and bioloids.

Aeda: Is not my intention to sacrifice the bioloids in this raid.
      The AGSs will act as a decoy then the bioloids will enter the laboratory.
      While the AGSs are attracting the attention of the iron-bugs the bioloids will eliminate the remaining ones and rush to the
      inside.
      The operation is expected to be successful.
Marie: In theory this is a good plan. Your Excellency what should we do?
       Do you agree with their plan?

As I said since he iron-bugs are our common enemy we need to cooperate.

Marie: Understood. Then I will prepare the sortie unit soon.

Ending

The battle ended in our victory.
We have secured the entrance.
This operation is essential for future fights against the iron-bugs.
If we discover the secrets of the predator, its likely we will get a new weapon.
However, it is not this laboratory that disturbs my mental state.

Marie: The raid has been successful. The entrance to the experimental site is secured.
       We are planning setting up a line of defence.
       While Aeda and the AGSs are dragging the enemy attention
       our primary goal is to fortify the corridor that connects the entrance and the mountain road.

Marie: Constantia, select a squad of bioloids for the next mission.

            Can you repeat the orders?
Marie: I want you to select a few bioloids.
       What happened to you?
