Birthday

Hey baby, I know you've been having a rough day today, and this wasn't what I wanted for you on your birthday at all, I wish it was me that was having a bad day and not you, but just know that I'm here for you no matter what and I will stand with you no matter the circumstances. I wanted to get you a card but none of them felt good enough to give to you on this day. So I hope you’re okay with me rambling on as I try to manage to wish you a happy birthday.You are the love of my life. You are everything I could ever want in a partner and more. I wouldn’t be half the person I am today if it weren’t for your constant, comforting presence in my life. I know I don't say this often, but I'm truly blessed to have you in my life, and I feel like I'm the one that's got the best present of all on YOUR own birthday, because I know you're all mine, and that's how it will always be, no matter what happens, and I love every moment of it. You know, We grow older and we get used to each other every passing day, we think alike, and we read other's minds, we know what the other wants without asking, sometimes we irritate each other a little bit, maybe sometimes we take each other for granted. But once in a while, like today, I meditate on it and realize how lucky I am to share my life with the best person on earth, and the biggest pain in my ass!! :$ Well baby, it's another candle on your cake, but it's so much more than that. Another year of amazing memories, inside jokes, uncontrollable laughter, and another year of getting to call you my baby.
