Sweet Stuff

Covet: -Eli was sitting on one of the chairs relaxing, reading a comic. It'd been a slow night over all. He turned the page, nearly finished with the one in his hand, as he looked up at the clock. Tonight felt like it was dragging.-
Tsaaq: Bliss swayed as she had one earbud in, listening to her music as she swept the floor since there wasn't much else to do. She mouthed the words to the song which was a cheesy love song from the fifties. She went to sweep near the couches and did a finger wiggle wave at Eli playfully with her free hand.
Covet: -Eli looked over at her as she swept up the foor watching her as she sang along with the music, he assumed at least, he couldn't really read lips. Seeing her give him a finger wave, he set the comic down and got up, going over to her  to wrap his hands around her waist, pressing a kiss to his cheek.- What are you listening to, My Love?
Tsaaq: "Connie Stevens..." She answered with a grin forming on her lips. "I don't know if you've ever heard the song itself but it's very adorable." She explained as she moved the broom aside and gave him a nuzzle. "I needed to pass the time." Bliss shrugged.
Covet: Hmm, I can't say that I'm familiar with it. Mind if I give a listen? -He asked, reaching for the other earbud to listen to the song. He smiled  and started to dance a little with the music, next to her, his arms still wrapped around her- I like it.
Tsaaq: "It's cheesy isn't it?" She asked bashfully as she swayed back and forth with him. "I definitely listened to it nonstop when we first met..." Bliss sighed a little before biting into her lower lip.
Covet: It's not, It's sweet. -He told her, leaning in to give her nose a rub with his own.-  Have I mentioned you look adorable today? -He told her seeing her bite her lip, he tilted her chin up a little and gave her a soft kiss- what's that look for?
Tsaaq: She shook her head. "Nothing." Bliss answered quickly. "But thank you. I wasn't really trying to be. Just not sure of what to put on." She shrugged. "I feel like this is a painter's outfit." She laughed.
Covet: -He furrowed his brow and asked her again- Are you sure? -He smiled- Well, I like it, It reminds me a little of Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy from the nineties. -He told her with a smirk and a playful wink.-
Tsaaq: "Overalls are very nineties after all." She said as she wiggled her eyebrows cause she's a fuckin' nerd. Bliss laughed again before going deeper into the embrace. "Of course I'm sure." She whispered.
Covet: Mhhm -He nodded and pulled her in close resting his head on hers, his arms getting wrapping around her more, he had a slight concerned look on his face but tried to push it away.-
Tsaaq: She tilted her head and stared up at him. "Am I doing something wrong?" Bliss asked him gently as she kept her eyes on him.
Covet: No, you're perfect. -He told her looking at her- I'm just trying not to press about what's on your mind, even though I'm pretty sure I know. Which is why I'm just here, making you feel loved. -He told her with a soft smile.-
Tsaaq: Bliss smiled at him then placed her hand on his cheek. "And you've been doing a good job darling." She told him with a nod before going to peck him softly on the lips.
Covet: I intend to keep doing so as well. Do we have any plans for this week? I know Class is starting up, but I was thinking maybe we could go out for dinner, either something nice, or the cafe. I would be happy with either or. -He asked her  a sweet peck back-
Tsaaq: "I don't have anything planned besides class. Perhaps an SGA brainstorm but that can easily be done over text." Bliss replied with a shrug. "I would love to go out for dinner. I'm fine with either as well so... Perhaps we'll flip a coin?" She said with a small giggle. "How whimsical?"
Covet: Fair enough I like all of this. Are We planning on the ski trip again this year? I think people really enjoyed that before. -He said with a suggestion, then nodded his head- I like that idea, leave the destination up to chance.  -He stepped back patting his pockets- I don't think I have a coin though.
Tsaaq: She furrowed her eyebrows while thinking. "Hmmm. Perhaps, it'd be nice. We probably should." Bliss nodded her head. "I don't have any coins either." She shook her head. "Well they're all the way in my change purse."
Covet: I've had people ask about it, so figured it couldn't hurt. -He said with a shrug- Plus it was pretty up there, with the lake frozen over and everything. -He  smiled then walked over to the counter getting into the rental D&D sets to grab a coin.- Okay, Gryphon is Cafe? and  Dragon is  Bistro? -He asked her for clarification-
Tsaaq: "It was perfect for ice skating." She said with a smile then watched him walk away. She followed him then glanced down at the coin. "Alright, that sounds like a fine suggestion." Bliss said with a laugh. "Who flips it?"
Covet: -He handed the coin over to her- I'll let you flip it. If you'd like. You seem to have some pretty good luck. Course, again either option is going to be wonderful. I say we dress up all fancy regardless of where we go. Yes? -He asked her with a playful grin.-
Tsaaq: She shook her head as she smirked. "Fine, I'll accept those terms." She said softly as she took the coin. She tossed it up in the air and accidently allowed it to drop to the floor. Whatever, she was a nerd she had bad athletic skills. "It's..." She trailed off. "Ah, Gryphon..." She said as she pointed to the coin. "Observe."
Covet: -He looked at it and nodded- Witnessed, so then Thursday night, would you, Miss Maverick, like to go to a lovely pancake dinner with me at the cafe? Attire is formal, dancing may happen. -He asked her, reaching over for her hand as he asked her.-
Tsaaq: Bliss glanced at his hand then put hers in his. "Yes." She said with a smile. "Yes I would." Bliss stepped closer to him and let out a sigh. "Where would we even dance?" She asked with a small shake of her head.
Covet: We'll make room, Or just dance in the walkway. They can't just expect there to be juke boxes and not have people dance. It was bound to happen at some point or another. -He told her and leaned over to give her a kiss-
Tsaaq: She smiled at him and nodded with acceptance. "Alright... That sounds suitable." She kissed him and held her lips on his for a moment longer before pulling away. "Should we close up?" She asked as she kept her hand in his.
Covet: Wonderful, I can't wait. -He said and pressed his head against hers then stood up- I suppose, not much left to do anyways, just need to lock up and count the till. Then I'd like to take you upstairs and take you to bed and cuddle you until we fall asleep.
Tsaaq: Bliss smiled widely. "That sounds wonderful." She said as she went to finish closing stuff so they could go upstairs for nice cuddle things.
