^ In addition to that, if you're named as a reserve be ready to go from the start of the raid, its not uncommon that people will have last minute emergencies/get stuck in traffic and arrive late/miss start of raid for some other reason

For me personally. I just think as a semi hardcore guild you should have the choice of flasking or not flasking and not effect your loot outcome. I feel like attendance attitude etc should be more accountable

@Mage  Ive read most of the conversation.

Let me make it clear Flasking is optional. we are not a hardcore guild however, a lot of the top preforming mages are competitive and flask to compete amongst each other and to push their own personal boundaries and goals. In a world with an over flow of casters the competitiveness in the class is bound to happen.

My goal is not to force you to do what you dont want to or make you farm for hours to by a flask.

My goal is to push you to a point where you feel forfilled in your charcter and adding to the benifit and preformance of the raid.

Flasking does not directly influence loot however it is taken into account when i look at the over all effort combined by players for attitude / attendance / buffing.

The way loot has been allocated atm is making sure every one has a chance at a major upgrade, moving the people with the most gear off gear to leave room for newer striving players to have that same opportunity with major upgrades

The reasons no @Warlock  are on the list is because we simply havent had any to assign to loot when i look at attendance.  If the warlocks are more consisten then yes they will be competitive with mages on loot and things will change dynamicly
@Mage  also for the time being people will be subbed in and out to give each player an opportunity to aquire the upgrades they want from raiding.

Does anyone know the hand ins for DMF tickets to get the neck? Looking at the turn in quests, you need specific reputation to hand in higher level things. So before you can hand in say, Thorium widgets for example. What do you hand in before that?

This time.. please speak up if you have concerns or issues, I am being as transparent as i know how to. the loot sheet was openly posted hours before raid and no one had any concerns yet multiple people whinged after the fact.  dont be that person  speak to me before the loot drops if you feel i am being unfair in any way or may have missed something.

i was a rogue in vanilla and tbc, but these servers are 2 laggy for an aus to really play rogue properly i felt :frowning:
