  34. so with godly sp. atk, you can torrent surf two battles in the mossdeep gym
  35. first battle: kadabra (30% ohko), kirlia (59%), saves 7 seconds to get both ranges, 5.5 to get one (because castform finishes with powder snow)
  36. second battle: meditite (100% ohko), kirlia (59%), saves 9 seconds to ohko both, 7.5 to ohko only meditite
  37. castform usually outspeeds both kirlias
  38. you would set up the torrent by potioning for gyarados, then killing it with torrent surf x2. usually dead to dragon rage, but safe against the other moves. could usually be safe from dragon rage with orans. if dragon rage, finish with castform SW+SW
  39. then you would energypowder x2 for T&L, which is slower but 100% consistent to get proper HP
  40. overall, you save ~12s in perfect scenario, and you usually get perfect or close to perfect
  41. would probably buy potions at second petalburg mart with this strat
