I've been struggling to find reasons to stay with GFL, CS:GO is the last place. I did my best with CS:S, but ultimately it was banging my head against a wall, that's why I resigned.
For some reason they have a giant witch hunt against me there.

Also, CS:GO Surf RPG is in a bad way right now.
I offered to be manager for those servers, but.

Thank you for the offer. I will keep it in mind, I plan to fix Surf RPG according to whats wrong according to the admins and then from there find a manager to help revive it

All the admins like how I had CS:S set up.
Well, the ones that vocalized it to me.
I asked around and a lot of people like how I have CS:S surf RPG set up.
Wouldn't be hard to do the same for CS:GO.
Problem is the servers are really buggy.
And I'm not exactly adept with code.
That's no secret
But I was able to get CS:S working 99.5% with no errors and all plugins functioning as intended

They tell me they've been keeping a running list of issues to pass on to the new DL/Manager
Just ask to get put into the group DMs and I'm sure you'll be caught up to speed.
I've kinda been taking up the reins in whatever way I could for the CS:GO surfs

Just heed this advice, the first key is the leadership.
Review the managers, review the admins.
Well.
Maybe defer the admins to the managers after they're sorted.

Well all it takes is a strong leader.
Everything else follows.
You set the example, get the managers straight.
And that's half the battle.
Look, I've been admin on servers and helping run communities for about 10/11 years
Not trying to tell you what to do, but, I know what it takes to have a healthy community.
Counter strike communities, mind you
I was co-founder of a very successful jailbreak community in CS 1.6, higher-up on one of the most successful CS:S servers of all time for the mod it was, and, well, I was admin/manager/DL in GFL.
People loved me when they weren't busy bitching about me, lol.
It ain't easy to make the hard decisions, you just need to make them and make sure you keep a close ear on the community heartbeat.
