- The call ended right around the time the door finally imploded, sending wood scattering across the room. The first man to enter tore an axe out of the ruined portal, brandishing it before him. He was tall and muscled, with bare arms and a bald head. He looked like the kind of person well-suited to using the axe to cut down trees.
- Jaune winced as Neo pranced into the man's guard, used his knee as a spring-board and then delivered a crushing kick to the underside of his chin. His head snapped back, even as he was propelled out of the room.
