Roblox made a new FFlag property to help change the cap of your FPS. The flag DFIntTaskSchedulerTargetFps depends on the FPS cap, but you need a text editor to change this. Roblox will revert your setting back to default on every update.

RFU is no longer needed, a tool like Bloxstrap can help change your FPS and keep it that way on every update, though you have to close out Roblox, rejoin, and press Shift+F5 in order to see the change.
