For people who have never donated to the server (normals and testers):

For people who have donated to the server (people whose ranks have the 21st bit as 1):
Pay nothing to create a team.
Pay nothing to invite people to join your team. ($c Do new joiners need to pay?)
Pay $d real money to increase the team's capacity.

Please give me the values of $a (number), $b (number), $c (boolean), $d (number, although it doesn't affect me) and $e (number, which also doesn't affect me)?
