- Ethan walks up to Litiya, offering her a smile— no, a smirk. He had nefarious thoughts already.
- "Are you ready to practice...
- dear?"
- The teasing would be endless. What had she gotten herself into?
- (Ethan Hawke)
- Airen Valor says, "Ah, that's interesting."
- Airen Valor asks, "And.. who is this?"
- Smiling to Ethan as he had come in and approached them sitting on the pillows, his words would cause her to laugh loudly, especially since her boyfriend was sitting to her side.
- "You nerd. . Airen, this is Ethan. He also possesses one of the Angelic Tomes. Ethan, this is Airen from the Band of Ospreys." Her features playful as she gestured between the two guys in introductions.
- "We can certainly practice though! Have you been able to pour through the runes section for glyphs and been able to establish your first link between the Astral Realm and this one?"
- (Litiya)
- Ethan Hawke says, "Yeah. I've managed to figure out the second circle, too."
- Airen nodded, giving the boy a careful scan. His interest gave him something of a bad taste. However Airen would dismiss it, he didn't come here to make enemies of the inhabitants.
- "Airen, a pleasure." he tilted his chin into the fur of his cloak as he observed the interactions between the two. He was impressed that Litiya had begun teaching others in the arts she was so passionate in.
- (Airen Valor)
- Ethan nodded at the guy, not thinking too much of what he may see him as. There was a layer of complexity to his teasing that he probably couldn't understand, after all. The blue-haired one wasn't the type to get in the middle of a relationship and ruin it (or make trouble) just to explain himself; Litiya's laugh was probably enough for the whole thing to be dismissed.
- His right hand reached up in front of him, a small gesture being made to allow a magical circle glowing with an eerie green glow to be drawn from his mana before the girl's eyes. She'd recognize it and its uses - it was exactly what she had asked for. It remained stable for a few moments before Ethan willingly let it disperse.
- "How far did you get yourself?"
- (Ethan Hawke)
- Grinning softly as her boyfriend introduced himself and settled into a calm, knowing there was no threat about, she would return her attention back to Ethan to spy over his works. As he rose his hand and began to tap easily into the raw mana, she would nod her head in deep impressed manner.
- "You have a quick rounding! That's impressive." Her own taking slightly longer, but outstretching her hand she would begin to do the same. Her fire flowing a blue flame of her own energy, it would pulse a green flare-burn before she rounded the spell circle as well to completion.
- Scrawling a small rune in the air then, it would warble and transfer to a corner of the spell circle as a glyph. - Then reaching inward, drawing a X looking symbol to cancel out the work.
- "I also have finished the second. The Territory Spell Circle is amazing, right?. . Used correctly, it's also remote viewing! Have you been able to figure out the Travel Circle though?. . I'm having a difficult time trying to link those energies together, almost a subfunction for the first and second, no?"
- (Litiya)
- Ethan shook his head at her question, answering with the truth and a bit more. Lips parted as he focused upon the girl rather than the tome he'd probably pull out soon or the magic she had manifested.
- "I haven't even tried. I passed out after I gave the Shogun a demonstration of the second circle. I managed to show him Huangzhou's square from outside the walls. I couldn't figure out a good way to make sure to land in the right spot at first but with a glyph to limit the distance, one to adjust the range and the size I was able to show an image. It wasn't clear, but... That seems almost impossible to do."
- The small story was followed with him walking over to one of the small tables, taking a seat down on one of the cushions and letting appear the large tome out of thin air. Litiya's vocal claims on the subject had hurt the honors of being the first that should've came with Elisheva's gift, but Ethan did not seem to care all that much about trivial things like that. He wasn't doing this for glory.
- "Let's figure out the third circle together, yes?"
- (Ethan Hawke)
- Airen Valor says, "I'll go travel, good luck in your studies."
- Rising from her pillow, she would smile sweetly and nodded towards Ethan. Flicking her right wrist, her book would conjure in her left hand and she'd gently step over, eyeing Airen with an inviting look to come near their spell work.
- "Sounds fantastic! I've yet to be able to show anyone anything in the second circle, but I've been able to tap into it myself for a more direct placing of location! Sounds like we'll have a lot to teach each other." Sitting down, her boyfriend would speak and she would nod as he departed.
- "Mm. . Well, darn. Barely see him. . But yes, let us figure out the Third. I think if we use each others as a conduit for the raw mana, it'll be much easier than doing it alone. One could focus on this spatial unit, and the other on our target?" Trying to consider the best way to use each other as tools in this Runeweaving.
- (Litiya)
- "I didn't expect you to have a boyfriend. You flirt too much for that."
- The teasing had to find a way into her heart - destabilizing her was a priority if he wanted to get more comfortable with the situation at hand. That being said he shook his head at her proposition. It didn't seem to please him all that much, if at all.
- "I think it'd be more difficult to make the connection between two places with someone else interfering. We haven't even practiced together yet, either; I doubt we go at the exact same speed."
- (Ethan Hawke)
- Blushing gently, she'd shake her head at Ethan as she sighed softly, "I do not. . I am-. . Hey! . . Am I too ugly or something?" She'd snicker and eyed the older boy, crinkling her nose a bit.
- It had indeed affected her, but she was far from the cheating type and viewed these kinds of events with a very innocent heart. Litiya figured this guy simply liked her, or at least enjoyed her enough to tease, and that was okay! Or so she thought at the moment.
- "Mm. . That is fair enough logic. I just have had a hard time working it out myself. How do you want to practice together? As a mirror, or assisting somehow?" Whichever way seemed content with her, more excited by the fact that another could perform the art with her.
- (Litiya)
- "If you make that face more, maybe you will be. Who thought you'd go from calling me 'dear' to calling someone else that so soon..."
- His retort to the teasing would most likely help the conversation stay alive and their studying time not be too boring. With a smirk on his face he began flipping through the pages of his tome, getting to the seventh chapter, on the page that detailed the circle itself. He read down its contents a bit before he spoke again.
- "If we ever come across a breakthrough we can tell the other. To me it looks like we'll have to maintain both the first and the second circles at the same time for the third to even be possible. The second point for the portal being the territory that was picked, the first point is.. Us. And the place it'll go through is the spirit world - using the first circle. Does that make sense to you? We'll have to connect all of them, I think... Which is what the sixth circle also does - maybe this is a way to practice so that the last one isn't as difficult, yeah?"
- (Ethan Hawke)
- Chuckling mirthfully, she'd tease back, in the game now, "Mm! Is that all a girl needs to say to be taken as a partner? Wow! Quite the strictness on our more intelligent species. . " A light tongue stick before she'd wave a hand, obviously playing.
- Listening to his manner of connecting the circles into a conduit of oneself, she would smile and nodded slowly to process this information. The art itself was like weaving a web together, while holding things with your toes and mouth, and juggling at the same time - Or at least at this point in understanding. Their goal, both of them, was assumedly to have absolutely freedom and to teach this to others, and know all of it without blinking an eyelash.
- "I can appreciate that though, telling the other of breakthroughs. And yes, that makes some sense. I had forgotten to place myself in the equationas well as the tool holding it all together. Mm, that should help a bit, as long as we can maintain a solid focus. - After the second Spell Circle, though, I am usually straining hard. I would if there is some way to bolster the energy in the circle with glyphs to make it easier, or to have the 'feedback' of maintaining the circles be lessened. - What do you think? Do you think it's just our mana circuits being tested in new ways, or should we attempt to find some shortcuts to make it less strenuous?"
- (Litiya)
- He let out a small laugh as the back and forth continued, holding his thoughts for a more opportune moment. As he listened to her explanation, or rather, the issues she found herself face he spent a few seconds thinking. Litiya seemed to be the kind that went too far when there was an issue right before her eyes, going all around the room to pick up something that fell right behind her. He'd keep it simple.
- "Picking a spot that's nearby should lower the strain on mana for both the second and the third circle. Though I don't know if I'll be able to maintain my focus while next to you. What do you think?"
- This was the most direct one yet. He'd get her to be just as embarassed as she had been last time, through thick and thin. Still, his proposition may just help them advance their study. Without missing a beat his hands shifted a tad. The first circle sprung to life before him, glowing as green as the second that quickly appeared. Sub-commands were modified on it, changing the value of distance and size. Before not long and with mana being fed into it, the small magical circle would display the other side of the room.
- A short distance enough.
- He drew in a deep breath, maintaining one hand still to keep both circles as they were while his other hand shifted around, casting forth a third one. A slight frown appeared on his features. He didn't need to make it too complicated - no glyphs were needed to know any information, just as long as he could bring the circle's primary use.
- Despite his words, he seemed to keep his focus.

- Though simple, his logic was correct and pure to their cause. By limiting the space to an exact place that was quite close would be the only factor needed to limit the massive consumption that the second spell circle seemed to consume when left more 'open' as a mirror to view as pleased - as she had scanned the Angel Elisheva do.
- Raising her brow, she would grin, "Ah, that's splendid! Very clever-" Her lips falling open, her focus broken as the boy teased at her once more. Grumbling gently, she'd look downward and giggled in a pleased manner. Ethan had a way of persistence that got under her skin.
- But watching as he began to perform with the equations set in mind, the third spell circle would open that viewed the other side of the room. Clapping her hands together happily, she would nod and then turned her back to look away from his and began to do the very same.
- The firstspell circle was drawn quicker this time, a product of seeing the boys' technique be a finer point than her other application. Linking the physical realm and the astral together into the circle, she would take a breath and turned to form another with the Arithmancy equations in mind. Setting the glowing green orb to view simply the other pillow to reduce as much stress as possible, the glyphs applied hung on the rim of the spell circle created.
- Exact to his logic, it considerably lessened the strain of mana required to keep them stabilized. Moving slightly again, she would draw the third to map the way from her position to a few feet away at the pillows.
- Strained, but not nearly as much as she was before when being drawn to her limits in remote viewing, she would begin to write with her glowing finger more glyphs into the air to adjust the position until the portal had turned to face herself.
- Giggling weakly, she'd wink at Ethan, but her features werepale from strain, a slight shiver in stabilizing force.
- (Litiya)
- Thankfully enough he was far too focused on the task at hand to notice the girl's wink, though her giggle was notable. A light frown appeared onto his features as the circles before him held themselves steady for a moment. Careful lines were drawn to connect the lot of them, passing through the third circle. An emerald glow made itself known for a few seconds before Ethan released it all, allowing this little accomplishment to remain. He could tell he had managed to make a connection between the two points - though it was clear he was exhausted from it.
- A smile is offered to Litiya, briefly, before he slowly slumps back.
- ".. Not bad. The circles, too." He said, teasing one last time.
- (Ethan Hawke)
- Hanafuda Kiku has entered Shimasu Shrine.
- Having seen his Runeweaving to trace through the circles, themselves, as a way to knit them together, she hummed softly and began to do the same. The practice seemed smart, for if it succeeded, the spell circles would stabilize themselves and only the first spell circle would be linked to oneself as a conduit.
- Using her glowing finger, she'd attempt to keep her focus as the teen teased at her once more. Finishing, her mana circuits burned with strain, but being able to let go of the work was immensely helpful. The first spell circle being held by her open, with the others warbling in stabilized effect.
- Attempting to hold her heavy pant back, Litiya was pale as she struggled to force herself to breathe and keep the work up. Looking upward, she would take a deep breath inward and called upon the energies of the cosmos. Swelling with their energy, it would be like applying ice to sore wounds, comforting her with their usual balancing energy.
- Meditating for whatfelt a long period, the three spell circles would spin and continue their links in front of her.
