Setting: Butcher shop, most likely untidy and possibly slightly unsanitary.  Innards and meat scraps piled everywhere, knives and other sharp tools in precarious places, large hunks of meat hung on hooks  with flies buzzing around them, etc.

Characters:

Butcher: Well meaning but possibly fatally clumsy and socially maladjusted such that he unintentionally frightens his customers on a regular basis.

Customer: Starts out normal but gradually gets more terrified and eventually runs out of the shop in disgust.  Possibly thinks the butcher is a murderer or something.

Skit:

Begins with Butcher doing jobs around his shop that make his occupation clear.  Chopping meat, swatting flies away from meat, cleaning out guts...whatever.

Customer comes in, asking for specific item.  Possibly something obscure like horse meat that segways into a game of charades between the butcher and customer.

Butcher finally realizes what the customer wants and starts preparing the meat for him.  The customer wants it prepared a specific way and so each time the butcher does something like adding a spice or cutting it a specific way the customer corrects him.  This leads the Butcher to become frustrated and wave his knife around.

We could have the customer run out here (no idea how long it's going to be by this point) but if not, they get into a random knife fight?  Meat fight?  Customer must defeat Butcher who has gone crazy with rage a la Delicatessen?  No idea.
