                On November 5th 2013 we stand together at the National Mall in Washington D.C. " To remind this world what it has forgotten, That fairness, justice, and freedom are more than just words"

                As we prepare to enter the year 2014, there little doubt that the welfare of the worlds inhabitants is suffering at the hands of the worlds ruling classes.

                We see unnecessary, unfounded and highly unpopular wars fought on the backs of our brothers. We see the promises of our leaders abandoned almost immediately after the culmination of their political campaigns. We see the misappropriation of our hard earned tax dollars rob us of our retirements as well as the social welfare of our elders. We are consistently manipulated into roles of indentured servitude to the profiteers of our worlds resources. Our illnesses become markets for the healthcare industry. Products that destroy human health are promoted and sold more than any other. It is easy to see that the best interests of the elite only profit from the increased stresses on the populations of the world.

                We see the militarization of our police force in town after town, with towns buying armored vehicles, dressing the police in tactical outfits, further polarizing the police vs the people they are supposed to work for, the people they are supposed to protect. But, it is policing through intimidation, where even trying to film police in public, while they are on the job, may earn you a cracked skull, tasering, and a trip to a jail cell.

                We also are being tracked, traced, recorded, watched, 24/7 in a climate of "guilty til proven innocent", the opposite of how it is supposed to work. We are hearing of NSA workers snooping on love interests, or women they are interested in, using federal facilities, connections, and software to spy on people for personal reasons. They are also using phone records, social network posts, emails, and all other data in their disposal, to build detailed dossiers on people who have broken no law, and the trend is for it to get much worse, not better, unless the public stands up and shouts "NO" in a loud voice.

                While our leaders are sworn, paid and responsible for the welfare of the people, our necessities are rarely met and our expectations of Government are almost completely ignored? We have the most available resources the world has ever known, yet why is starvation and poverty still an epidemic? Why are false flag attacks the course of swaying public opinion? Why do these attacks always end in the restriction of freedoms? How do you protect freedom by restricting it? Once again it's fair to say that our livelihood remains secondary to the profits of already rich men.

                We are at the very pinnacle of technological advancement and logistical efficiency, and still the comfort of a few is favored over the welfare of the majority. As the constitutions of the world claim to be laws of equality and prosperity for all citizens, they quickly become restricted, as the regimes in power use them to manipulate and control the population. The most notable false flag attack in recent history on September 11th 2001, has shown us that the reaction to any national tragedy is the restriction of personal freedoms with or without the consent of the people.

                In this day and age it would seem that the progression of civilization would end up at a point where the world could sustain it's inhabitants while making the necessary precautions to ensure a stable future. Unfortunately most regimes use this veneer to promote and entice public favor but the lack of profitability leaves these regimes to not only abandon their promises but exploit the same causes they had sworn to correct.

                The civil rights movements of the last 100 years have seen monumental success due to the fact that public opinion predominantly favors equality, abundance and prosperity. Time and time again we have seen governments go to extreme lengths to silence these movements through divide and conquer tactics, false flag attacks and gruesome assassinations. We have recently seen smear campaigns and unconstitutional attacks of personal freedom on members of Occupy Wall Street. This non-violent movement has been labeled terrorist and some of the people associated with the movement are forced to live as second class citizens, forced to unjustified search and seizures as well as travel limitations which in some cases completely restricted individuals from air travel.

                Are these the qualities of a progressed civilization? Do these qualities preserve freedom? As evolved as most leaders claim to be we are anything but free. We do not elect our officials as we are told we do. We are not represented as our constitutions imply. We are simply pawns in a game that counteracts social, economic and political progress.

                We have a long way to go, and as long as we let ourselves become bullied by our representatives and the Corporatocracy, freedom will only be reserved for those who align their interests with those of the elite few. We are not civilized. We are not free. Our present world is currently controlled by unbelievably sick people. The lust for monetary gain over social welfare and the rampant selfish indulgence of immorality have shown us that the advancement of the human race as a civilization still has a long way to go. It is time the people remind the Corporatocracy that human welfare comes before corporate interests.
