CIT staff are required to follow the following code of conduct to hold their position as staff member:

Staff will maintain personal and organizational integrity
Staff members will not behave immorally
Under no circumstances will a staff member give themselves an unfair advantage
Staff members will not neglect, insult, or treat people unfairly
Staff members will be honest and not jump to conclusions
If a staff member has a problem they should raise it with the people to whom it may concern
Staff members are expected to set a good example, not act stupid
Staff members will not use their powers for outside what they are intended for
If you have a complaint on another staff member, send a message to a Headstaff member
Do not say anything which may lead into discussion or conflict with other servers/communities
