Sorry for the late reply. I just got the message. I just read and undrstand the message. I agree with you that bully is not part of the war. But before you accuse our academy as a bully please read my report first.

After some research I found out the cronology. It is start as below:-
1. I found out that Aleksandarm565 is in the Empire pl alliance before this.
2. He is the one who attack our academy first. Our academy is a small alliance. They just strike back for defend themself.
3. Aleksandarm565 then treatent our academy that Blaatand MKL will BURN THEM ALL.
4. The academy could not found any alliance with that name.
5. Suddenly C.Ronaldo9 level 29 attacking our academy from Empire pl. Our academy is a low level.
6. The academy has no choice to strike back to defend themself.
7. C.Ronaldo9 then treatent us again by said that he has another acc with level 60. He will BURN US ALL.
8. After that your alliance declare war to us. We don't know why. Finally we found out that it got to do with the Ronaldo. After a little conversation we have end the declaration and back to neutral with The Reach.

From the above i found out that academy is BEEN BULLY by aleksandarm565 and Ronaldo by using a

I will tell the academy to stop attacking. I don;t like the bully too just like you at the  same time we don't like a multiple acc too in this war like Ronaldo.
